Chapter Ten

Brett's POV

After meeting Josh and getting my stuff we head to an old place of his, his old pack house which is not too far from my old pack, just two towns over. When we walk in I see one of our main warriors tied to the chair. "Why is Phillip here?" I ask him. "He was outside of that house," Josh says " I wanted to know why, the only thing he says is that he was told to watch and protect the human that lives there by the head warrior wolf, James, he knows nothing else about the human other then Weylyn is his name," he tells me. "Yes he was, Weylyn is one of the reasons I left the pack," I tell him. "I see, what was he to you, my mate?" He asks me. "He was someone I wanted as my mate, then I found out the alpha and luna are his mates," I look at him, he seems a little tense. "Why would you a weak omega want an even weaker human as a mate?" he asks me. "I didn't think I was ever going to find a mate, I liked him and he liked me till he met them," I begin to tell him, " but who am I to argue with the goddess, though I really like Weylyn and I do want him," Josh growls some and looks at me his eyes are amber and I bow my head in submission.

Josh's POV

I have been without a pack for so long I even lost faith in finding a mate but now that I have Brett I feel so much better, seeing that human and the way Brett looked at him made me lose it. Brett is mine and no one will stand in the way of that, I will kill that human and the entire pack that he is luna of, but first to get this wolf to talk "tell me why did your alpha let a human move into a pack controlled area and why you were put there to look after him," I say using an alpha tone knowing that most wolves would in self-preservation spill all they know. "I'm not telling you anything, you are not my alpha so that tone won't work." He tells me defiantly. "You insolent wolf, I am an alpha you will answer me," I say smacking him across the face, " why did your alpha let a human move into a wolves territory?" "Heh is that all you got?" He says smirking. "You little smart mouth wolf," I say getting ready to smack him again, but Brett grabs my hand and stops me. "You're never gonna break him, he is one of Austin's best warriors," Brett says. "All wolves can be broken, just gotta use the right methods," I tell my mate. "Let him be, you can try later Josh, " Brett tells me as he grabs my hand and pulls me away," if you are to be my mate I want to know more about you." "Ok mate, what would you like to know?" I ask him as we walk to my office.

Phillip's POV

As Brett and Josh, his mate leaves the room I try to link with James Jacob or Alpha Austin "James, Jacob, Alpha I have been kidnapped by a rogue Alpha named Josh, at the old Cresent Moon pack house," I try to tell them through the link. "I hear you, Phillip," I hear the voice of Jacob say through the link, "what happened?" "I was attacked by Josh as I watched the house, he kidnapped me and is trying to integrate me about Weylyn, and asking why I am watching over a human," I tell him, " Where are James and Alpha Austin right now?" "They are at the pack meeting, Weylyn is our luna as well, myself and a few other warriors are looking for you, we will get them and maybe get this sorted out," he tells me. "Okay I will do my best to escape from them, they are in Josh's office now," I tell him. " Ok I will let Alpha know and we will get you out of there brother." He tells me. With that our link cuts off I look around and see what's around me that could help me cut these ropes, "nothing" I think to my self, " there's gotta be a way to get out of here." I keep trying to undo the knots that Josh tied on my wrists, after working with them I start feeling them loosen. I can hear Josh and Brett talking in the office, I keep working with the ropes and being able to get my hands free, just as I do I hear the office door open. I keep my hands behind my back as Josh and Brett walk out and walk towards me " I got my hands free but they just left the office so I can't escape just yet." I tell Jacob through the link.

Austin's POV

Jacob comes up to me and tells me that Philip is being held at the old crescent moon pack house. " Thank you Jacob," I tell him, " get James and Patrick, the three of you will accompany me to the house and we will talk to whoever has Phillip and we will get him back." "Yes alpha, I will get them immediately," Jacob tells me bowing his head. With that he leaves the office and I turn to Damien and Weylyn who are both in the office with me, "Damien keep Weylyn safe in case anything happens but I will bring Phillip back safe." I tell him. "Be safe Austin, come back to your mates," Damien tells me. "I will I promise," I say as I hug them and leave the office. I meet my warriors on the porch,"Ok Jacob what all did Philip tell you?" I ask. "He said he has been taken by a rogue alpha named Josh and that Brett is now with them." He tells us. "Brett, he is with the alpha that has taken a member of my pack," I say as I feel my wolf start getting angry. "Where are they?" James asks. "At the old crescent moon pack house." Jacob answers. "The crescent moon pack I thought they were wiped out?" Patrick asks as he looks at me. "They was, my father sent wolves to help them but when they arrived, there hunters had already killed all the pack members," I say. "I remember that my dad and brother were two of the wolves sent," James says. "Let's hurry but I want to try and so this as peacefully as we can, don't do anything unless I say." I tell them as they now their heads, "good now let's go." We head to my truck and make our way to the crescent moon pack house.
