Chapter Thirteen

Josh's POV

As I crawl out of the rubble of what was once my pack house, I look around to see who survived the fire and see my mate Brett laying on the ground nearby. I get up and walk over to him, I try to pick him up to see if he's ok but I'm not getting any response from him at all. I start feeling the rage build up from my wolf, my mate is dead, the Blackwoods Pack will pay. I let out a thundering howl to call for all members of my pack. I see a couple who was here with me make their way out of the damage. "Luna Brett is dead, Austin will pay," I tell them. "Alpha it was he who started the fire in order to get the fight over with," my beta Jax tells me pointing to Brett. "How dare you blame my mate, why would he try to kill me?" I ask him grabbing his shirt. "Alpha he said he was once a part of the other pack what if it was really just a ruse to help them get the other wolf back?" He says to me whimpering. "You know as well as I do the goddess doesn't lie, I felt the mate bond between me and Brett," I tell him. "That may be but Brett loved the human, he even said so." He tells me bowing his head. "That is true, maybe we should see what is so important about this human," I say sitting him down, "gather the rest of the pack soon we will pay the Black Woods Pack back for what they did to this once great pack. "Yes alpha, and maybe you will have a second mate, seeing as he was stripped from you so soon," my beta tells me, I could only hope. "Tomorrow night when they are not expecting it we will attack and kidnap the human, maybe even force him to be my mate," I say as my beta leaves to get everyone. I will take down Austin if it's the last thing I do, I think to myself.

Weylyn's POV

The next day I wake up to see Austin and Damien laying next to me, my body is no longer burning up I feel back to normal. I smile softly "Austin, Damien wake up its morning," I say to the two sleeping wolves. I see them stir then they start to shift back to human. "Good morning my mates," I say to them. "Good morning Weylyn," Austin tells me smiling. "Morning" Damien says as he yawns. I smile and kiss them," I had a great dream last night, and I feel great this morning," I tell them. "That's good Weylyn," Damien says to me as he turns to Austin," shouldn't you head down to the dining room to meet the pack for breakfast." "Yeah I guess so I'll see the both of you when you get down there," Austin says as he hugs and kisses us. We kiss him back and I go to get a shower. "Damien can I get some clothes to wear for today," I say from their bathroom. "Yes you can our Weylyn," Damien says as he gets some clothes for me to wear, "hear you go." He puts the clothes on the counter in the bathroom then heads back to the room to change. I shower not really paying much mind to myself as I do till I get out and look in the mirror seeing my body was more toned now, "Austin, Damien bathroom now please" I say through the mind link I have with them hoping it worked. " We will be right there Weylyn." I hear Austin say through our link. As I wait on them I keep looking at my body in the mirror. I am shocked by the way my body looks, and it was just overnight it happened, but how I pass out burning up and wake up like I am in a new body. I hear a knock on the door "Weylyn is everything ok?" I hear Austin's voice say. "Yes and no," I tell him. "What do you mean Weylyn?" Damien says. "Come in and find out," I say laughing. I have the towel raped around my waist as I turn to the door watching my mates come in "so since when does a person get to be so toned overnight?" I ask them. Austin and Damien looked at me surprised,"well a normal person doesn't." Damien says chuckling. "Well a normal person doesn't hear a voice in his head or get burning hot like last night," I say chuckling some."Well, tonight we will find out what's actually going on with you," Austin says smiling, " now get ready breakfast will be served soon." Austin says "Yes love," I say Damien nods and I drop my towel not thinking about my two werewolf mates still being in the bathroom with me. "Well now this is a surprise," Austin says chuckling as I see him look me over. "Our mate looks pretty good," Damien says. Austin walks over and I can see a golden glow in his eye. I blush some "Thank you hun, but what's with the golden eyes?" I ask him looking into his eyes. I feel something in me want to submit. "Oh, when an Alpha gets in a certain mood our eyes turn golden," Austin tells me, "and right now looking at you is putting me in that mood I guess." Austin slowly starts kissing my neck slowly. I gasp softly and let out a small moan my arms finding there way around Austin's neck my head tilting to the side. "A..austin" I barely say his name as he kisses my neck. "Austin" I hear Damien's voice say, at that moment Austin regains his composure. "Sorry about that Weylyn, just lost a little control seeing you like this," Austin tells me. "It's ok Austin, not gonna lie I enjoyed that," I tell him blushing. He smiles and I blush more "go on so I can get dressed my loves, I will be down shortly," I tell them. Austin and Damien leave the room as I finish getting dressed, then I make my way down to the dining room and take my seat next to Austin as Damien is on the other side. Shortly after I sit down the food is brought out to us "thank you," I say to the omega that brings the food out to me. As we are eating I think about tonight and how lucky I am to have great mates and an accepting pack to be there for me.
