One day, Patton found me at the border. This was the memory I was currently forced to run through. I was recovering from a fight with Logan, but at that time I knew them as Logic and Morality. I tried to tell him, hoping he'd see that I only wanted to join them. He didn't. Logic forced me away, effectively crushing any hope I had with him. I was a wreck, too weak to even make it back. Morality sat by me, and tried to comfort me."Heya kiddo. Whatcha doing here? It's kinda far away from where you're supposed to be, right?"
I looked up at him, glaring half-heartedly. He seemed to recognize me.
"Oh! You're Anxiety. Y'know, I always thought you didn't really want to be mean. All bark and no bite- er, no offence buddy. It's just that I've seen you before, in the neutral zones. And you were so timid before, nice even! I think maybe you just want to stay here with us, the Dark World-"
"Kingdom." I muttered, but he didn't hear me.
"-doesn't seem very nice. But the Dark Sides won't let you. You- would probably face some not very nice consequences from something like that, huh?" He bit his lip, patiently waiting for a response.
"That's insane." I finally cleared away my tears. "You're delusional, Morality. You need to stop seeing the good in people. There isn't any, and you're stupid to think so. I don't need your pity, and I sure don't need to live here, where you're just sooo wanted."
I stalked away, not glancing back my heart started to tear. He had gotten it, knew exactly why I terrorized them. All I wanted was to turn around and tell him he was right, to run back, but I kept walking. I knew my mask would drop if I saw Morality's face.
______
I vanished into shadows, intending to end up in my room. But I was pulled off course. I ended up in a place I'd never been before. I half expected it to be Morality, pulling me back. It wasn't. It felt like I was back in the Dark Kingdom, it has this distinctly ominous and cold feeling that I knew all too well.
I looked around, taking in my surroundings. I didn't see anybody, but I knew that there had to be somebody who had pulled me there. The room was dark, with a greenish tinge to the light. Black, yellow, and green seemed to be the main colours in the room, decorating a lavish bedspread with swirling patterns. Shelves were filled with playbills, figurines, and books. A nagging feeling tugged at my neck, begging me to turn around. Slowly, I turned. When I was halfway, a figure slid up behind me, and put their hand over my mouth.
Instant panic attack. Luckily, I didn't start physically freaking out, other than extreme sweating, but my heart was going 1,000 miles a minute.
"It's so wonderful to have you drop by~" A voice purred in my ear.
He let go, and I spun around, leaping away from my assailant. It was hard to see him in the gloom, but then I caught a glimpse of gold, shimmery thread. I pieced the clues together.
"Deceit."

Cliffhanger! Sorry not sorry. I am sorry to Skyethedragon7 for not making this a longer chapter like you asked, but the cliffhanger was so tempting. The next one will be longer, I promise. Buuuut now you know the other main character of this story! I'm still trying to decide if I should keep it short, or make it like 20 chapters long. I dunno! Let me know what you all think, because you guys are the ones that read it!I think that's it for now, I'll see you in the next chapter! Byeee~
