Concert!

Chapter 2

Caytlyn POV

"C'mon mom! I want to go!" I yell upstairs. I walk over to the mirror and take a selfie. I'm wearing my Black CTFxC Cancer Shirt, Ripped White Shorts, and my black Converse. My mom finally comes down stairs. "It's about time!" I told her. I ran to the kitchen and she followed. "Here, put this on." I throw her a CTFxC Hoodie. We run out to the car and drive to the venue. When we arrive at the venue, the line is huge. Literally, it went all the way down the street. We stopped the car and found my friend, Sami, who was holding our spots at the front. I was on my phone when Sami nudged me. "Look over there." I looked and there was the tour bus. Alli and Lindsey were outside talking. "We should go over there!" "Ok! Let me ask my mom first." I tap my moms shoulder. "Mom? Can Sami and I go over to the tour bus?" "I guess, but behave!" "We will!" We said in unison. We jumped out of line and walked over to the bus. "There's Alli!" She said, pointing. We walked over to her. "Hi Alli!" We sang in unison. "Hey girls! I love your merch!" She said pointing. "Thank you!" We talked and eventually got a picture. We walked back to the line. We got into the building and watched the concert, which was AMAZING! After the concert, we got to go meet the band. I already met Alli so I finally got to meet Charles and got a picture with them both. It was time to go home, so we took Sami with us and we dropped her off. We finally got home and I was exhausted. "How was the concert?" My step dad asked when we walked into the door. "AMAZING!" I told him. I hugged my parents and went to bed.

-The Next Day-

I woke up to the sound of my parents arguing, as usual. I put my earbuds in, blasted We The Kings, and headed downstairs for breakfast. I don't know what they were arguing about but it sounded pretty bad. I go back to my room, and I change my clothes for today. I'm wearing a pink tank top, white shorts, and my pink vans. I put my hair into a French braid and threw in a white headband. Usually when my parents fight, I either go outside and play basketball, or I sit on the porch. I decided that I'd go for a walk. I grab my bag, put my laptop, ipad, wallet, my CTFxC Hoodie, and some ponytails, since my hair is in a rubber band. I hop out of my window and sit on the roof for awhile. I was staring at all the trees, clouds, and occasional people who pass by. It was all calm until I heard a noise. Then, a gun shot from inside my house. I jumped off the roof and ran.
