Chapter 31
Caytlyn POV
I sighed and looked at him. "Anything else you want to tell me before I go?" He looked at me. "I kinda sorta like you, too." He said shyly. WHAT?! "Wait, you what?" I asked him confused. "I kinda like you, too." I shake my head. "But, I thought you liked Cassie?" He nods. "I do. But then, you came and you're really pretty and now, I like you too." I can't believe this. Gosh, I wish Tyler was here. He'd probably beat the shit out of him for kissing me. I look at him. "Jake, you're an amazing guy, but I just got out a relationship and, I'm really not ready be in another one." I told him. He nods his head. "I understand. I know you still have feeling for Tyler." He says shyly. I sigh and nod my head. I look at Jake and he's leaning in. Not again! He keeps leaning until his lips bash into mine. I don't really like Jake. He stops. "Caytlyn?!" I turn around. Cassie.
Cassie POV
"I'm gonna run to my locker real quick, I'll be back!" Caytlyn said. I nodded and she ran out of the gym. I continued playing with Abbie and Claire. "You're really good! Have you ever tried out for the team?" Claire asked me. I shake my head. "Not really." They look at each other. "You need to tryout next year. Otherwise, you'll never experience this." I nod. "Ok, I'll try it, I guess." They smile, which makes me smile. "We're going to go to class, see you later Cassie!" They walk off and leave the gym. I go back to my bag and sit. I hear someone run into the gym crying. Hannah runs past me. Hannah's crying? What happened? Caytlyn isn't back yet. I stand up and leave the gym. She said she was going to her locker, so I walked over to it. I get there and I'm shocked. Caytlyn and Jake are kissing. She doesn't even like Jake! She even told me! They stop so I decide to speak up. "Caytlyn?!" She turns around. "Cassie, I can explain!" I shake my head and walk away. I can't believe her.
