Parade

Date Night

     The time had finally arrived. Johnathan would finally go on a date with Sebastian. Johnathan always dreamed of a guy like him; fit, cute, and accepting. Johnathan had fallen in love and it would be hard for him to escape its clutches. Johnathan headed to the nearest Starbucks and started to call Sebastian.
     "What am I doing?!" Johnathan thought, "My sister comes here all the time...if she sees me..." and as if on que, Johnathan's sister arrived. She looked around as if she was trying to find someone. She then sat down with another girl who waved her over. The two kissed and hugged. Johnathan's sister hadn't been allowed to leave the house because she came out as gay and his parents sent her to a correctional center. She and her girlfriend were finally back together, they embraced and cried together. Johnathan smiled, how could his parents hate such a pure love? Johnathan called Sebastian and told him where he was, sitting down at a table; waiting. Johnathan couldn't lie, he missed how long he and Sebastian hadn't been with each other. He also missed his sister, yeah, but this was her and her girlfriend's time. He knew he shouldn't interrupt them.
     After a few minutes Sebastian arrived, late, but still there;
     "Oh god, Johnathan I'm so sorry I got mixed up in traffic and everything was a mess..."
     "It's fine," Johnathan replied. "I missed ya dude!"
     "Missed ya too you lil' stinker!"
     Sebastian ruffled Johnathan's brown hair.
     "Woah! Your hair is like, really soft!" Sebastian exclaimed with pride and wonder. He put both his hands on Johnathan's hair, and started ruffling it around. Johnathan smiled, he likes the feeling of fingers running through his hair. He never knew that before, normally he hated being touched. Not with Sebastian though, something inside him allowed it.
     "Oh shit! I'm so sorry I just...I couldn't help myself...sorry..." Sebastian removed his hands from Johnathan's hair and sat down.
     "It's fine! I don't mind." Johnathan replied almost laughing at Sebastian's red face.
     "It actually felt kinda nice..." Johnathan muttered. Sebastian didn't seem to hear.
     "OH!! I JUST REMEMBERED!" Sebastian's excitement made Johnathan jump, he wasn't expecting him to be so loud...
     "I SAW THIS AWESOME SHOW! I WANTED TO KNOW IF YOU WATCHED IT!" Sebastian is a little too excited about this show...Johnathan wonders what was so good about it.
     "It's called Voltron: Legendary Defender! Have you seen it?!"
Johnathan gasped, he loved that show.
     "YES! OH MY GOOOD!!! I LOVE VOLTRON!! WHATS YOUR FAVORITE SHIP?!" Johnathan was excited now, the two both answered "Klance" and they gushed over the show and how awesome the animation is. After a while they left, the sun was setting. The two were so caught up in their discussion they didn't even realize that the sun was going down.
     "The sun sure is beautiful isn't it?" Sebastian asked, looking up at the sky with the wonder of a young child.
     "Yeah." Johnathan said, also gazing up at the sky. Johnathan looked over at Sebastian and just stared and smiled, Sebastian might have a good view, but Johnathan had an even better one.
