"I am Dr Mattathias Medicalschool and these are my associates" said the wicked Count Olaf who was in the operating room standing over Violet Baudelaire's unconscious body, I was sitting beside a grinning Esmé Gigi Geniveve Squalor, Klaus Baudelaire was dressed up as a doctor beside Violet aswell and my brother Duncan was stuck beside Count Olaf's henchmen.

"Dr Flacutono" said the henchman with hooks for hands.

"Dr Tocuna" said the bald henchman.

"Nurse Flo" said one of the white faced women.

"Nurse Glo" said the other.

"Nurse Lucafont" said Count Olaf's henchperson who was neither a man nor a woman who was holding Duncan's arm.

Then Esmé said , "I am Nurse Cassandra Ursula Terrific Elliandra" she said.

"And of course the man who will be preforming the operation, the marvelous Dr Faustus" said the evil Count indrodusing Klaus in his discuise.

Count Olaf had captured Violet and was about to get Klaus to cut off her head as one of his disastrous schemes that put our friends lives in danger and he was now explaining what a cranioectomy is and how dangerous it was. Until he implied that Klaus should start the harrowing procedure, "what do we do?" he mouthed over to me. "I don't know" I answered. Olaf looked over to me and I looked down. All at once, Klaus started talking "Before I make the first insision" he said "I think I should talk a little about the equipment I am using".

Luckily, Klaus stalled for a while but eventually Count Olaf got fed up "what a lengthy explanation, but it's time for the main event" he stated as me, Klaus and Duncan started panicking. "Yes, all these lovely people will understand the process better once the head has been removed" added Esmé. Without warning, the crowd then started chanting "do it, do it, do it!" they kept chanting and chanting and chanting and chanting and chanting and chanting until "STOP!" screamed Klaus.

"I cannot preform this operation" he said. "And why not?" demanded Olaf. "There is one more thing to be done, the most important thing we do here at Heimlich Hospital" said Klaus. "And what might that be?" asked Count Olaf.
