My heart dropped when I heard Collins said there was good news and bad news.
Cody squeezed my hand tightly growing worried.
"The good news is, the baby is very healthy." Collins said and cleaned my stomach off with a warm rag. "But the bad news is the baby is smaller than what it should be right now. It's an easy fix right now. It's a good thing you came today. I'll get you some nutrition vitamins. Eat one every day until your next check up in three weeks. If everything looks good then you don't have to eat the vitamins." He said and walked over to the cupboard to get the vitamins.
I moved my dress back down and looked at Cody. Cody smiled at me and kissed me softly. "Don't worry honey the baby will be fine." He whispered
I looked at Collins when he walked back over and handed me the vitamins. "You can take one now if you like. They don't taste very good. Don't change what you are doing now. Sleep what you have been sleeping and keep eating the amount you have been." He said and set a hand on my shoulder and smiled and handed Cody an envelope.
Cody nodded to him and stood and helped me out of the chair. "Thank you Collins. I will be in contact if we need you." He said and nodded to the doctor.
Collins nodded back and smiled. I smiled and waved goodbye and took Cody's hand.
Cody led me out of the hospital and held me close. "What's in the envelope?" I asked looking at it in his other hand.
"I'm not sure go ahead and look." He said handing it to me and smiled. I smiled and opened it and gasped seeing the pictures from the ultrasound.
Cody looked at me hearing me gasp and smiled seeing the pictures. "Our little peanut." He whispered and kissed my cheek.
I blushed red and put the pictures back. "What else are we doing today?" I asked looking up at our house.
Cody smiled. "We can go swimming in the pool." He suggested. I looked at him. "You have a pool?" I asked smiling.
Cody chuckled. "Yes. It's a natural spring kinda. Not too cold or warm." He said and led me inside.
I giggled and headed upstairs to our room. "I haven't swam in so long." I said and walked over to my dresser and grabbed out my bikini.
Cody smiled and got changed into his swim trunks and looked at me. I hummed as I changed into a blue and gold bikini.
I looked over at Cody hearing a growl. He was looking at me with lust. I chose to ignore him and walked over and grabbed my vitamins and took one out of the bottle.
The vitamin was a pale green color and the smell wasn't too amazing. I scrunched up my nose and popped it into my mouth. Grabbing the glass of water on the night stand I drank it swallowing the vitamin down.
"Collins was right. Those do taste bad." I said and looked at Cody. He still looked at my with lust. "Can you stop looking at me like that?" I whined and grabbed my towel and wrapped it around myself.
Cody frowned. "Sorry, I couldn't help it. You look beautiful." He said and grabbed his towel.
I huffed and walked downstairs and to the back yard and smiled seeing the pool. I walked over to one of the beach chair and laid my towel down and walked over to the steps slowly walking into the water humming.
"Does it feel good?" Cody walked walking in after me. I hummed in response and swam over to a waterfall that brought the water into the pool.
I stood under the water enjoying it going over my face and down my back. I felt arms wrap around me. I smiled knowing it was Cody. He pulled me into him and into a kiss.
