Alpha Cody

Chapter 13

Cody's POV

I looked around nervously. Where were the girls? They should've been back by now.

Soon I saw Mariah running towards us crying.

My heart felt like it exploded. Where was Rose? "Mariah honey what happened?" Emily gasped and picked her up.

She cried into her shoulder. "Rouges came out of no where! They took Rose!" She sobbed holding onto her mother tightly.

Emily looked at me worried then at Jet.

Jet grabbed me before I could run off into the woods. "Cody no! You can't just run out there without a plan! You will be outnumbered!" He yelled and pulled me into the house.

"Let go of me!" I yelled ripping myself away from him. "I can't loose her! I can't loose her and our baby!" I yelled tears streaming down my cheeks.

What from I have no idea why I was crying. A mixture of fear and anger maybe?

I growled pacing in the living room pulling at my hair.

Jet looked at me. "Cody, have you done anything to anger the rouges around here?" He asked watching me closely.

"No! We have had no contact with anyone!" I yelled my anger causing me to loose control. I grabbed a vase and threw it against the wall making it shatter.

Jet jumped and looked at Charles. Charles frowned at him.

"Sir, remember your brother stopped by a while ago?" Charles suggested looking at me.

I growled and looked at them both. "No you think he has something to do with this?" I asked

Charles frowned. "Possibly He was really upset with what happened here." He said.

Jet stood and set his hand on my shoulder. "I will call for a meeting tomorrow with the other alphas. We need to give her 24 hours just in case she shows up ok? I know it's not going to be easy but I will stay with you ok?" He asked.

I growled and nodded. "Fine." I said and walked over and sat down at the dining room table. I pulled the ultrasound pictures out and looked at them.

I started to cry again unable to hold the tears back. I cried into my hands holding the picture close.

I jumped feeling a hand on my back. "Cody don't worry ok? She will be ok. They both will. Why don't you tell me about her pregnancy?" Jet asked sitting down next to me.

I sniffled wiping my face. "She's only a month along. The baby is smaller than normal but is healthy." I managed to say before breaking down again. Jet frowned and pulled me into a hug.

I cried into his shoulder my body shaking. Jet rubbed my back and before I knew it I had cried myself into a restless sleep.

Jet carried me to the couch laying me down sighing. He soon was on the phone calling for help.

Rose's POV

I woke with a groan my head pounding. I sat up and looked around and quickly remembered the events from yesterday.

I stood weakly not seeing anyone in the tent. I carefully unzipped the tent glancing around not seeing anyone out walking around the camp.

I swallowed and stepped out of the tent and bolted towards the trees. I soon was grabbed by strong arms wrapping around my waist tightly.

"No!" I screamed trying to fight back. My mouth was soon covered. "Shh they will here you!" A younger male whispered to me.

My heart pounded in my chest fear creeping over me. "Now I'm going to remove my hand slowly. Don't run or scream ok?" He whispered.

I swallowed and nodded. The boy carefully removed his hand and turned me around. He was about maybe 15 or 16 very young to be involved in lack business. He should be out with friends learning about the pack history and everything.

"I'm Luke. I know you must be scared. And probably trying to decided whether or not to trust me but listen to me. I don't agree with what they are wanting to do with you. To you. I'll try my best to get you out of here. Who is your mate?" He asked softly.

I swallowed hard. "C..Cody Akaiyan is my mate. Here give this to him to prove it was me." I whispered taking my ring off and placing it in his hand.

Luke looked at it then up at me. "I promise to bring him and more men. Now head back to the tent understand? They don't plan on doing anything until tomorrow when they move camp. Hurry before they bring breakfast." He said and pushed me back towards camp.

I whined and headed back and climbed into the tent and back to my bed.

I sat down and looked at my stomach and whined. I wanted Cody so badly. I needed him. I started to cry hard.

"Don't cry." I heard a deep voice say. I jumped and looked up at the male. It was a different one from yesterday.

"I brought food. I'm not leaving until you finish it all." He said sitting across from me.

I swallowed and looked down at the food. I was starving but it didn't look very good. "I..I'm not hungry." I managed to say setting the food between us.

The male sighed. "You need to eat or he will hurt you." He said and looked at me. I frowned. "Why?" I asked quietly.

"My Alpha is like that." He said shrugging. "You don't want him to find out about your mate's baby you're carrying either." He added and looked up at me.

I looked at him scared. "H..how did you know?" I managed to say. "My mate is pregnant, I know you are scared and worried for your baby. Just eat the food ok?" He asked.

I grabbed the food. "I have to take vitamins for my baby..." I said and stared to eat. The male nodded. "After you eat I will try to find you one ok?" He asked watching

I ate hungrily and nodded. I set the plate between us and started to cry. "I want my mate back. I want my life back." I sobbed.

"Too bad you won't be getting it back." I heard the alpha growl. "I'm Marcus. But you must call me Alpha." He said sternly.

I swallowed hard and looked down at my lap. "Leave." He growled at the other male. He stood and left quickly.

Marcus crouched in front of me and lifted my chin looking at my black and blue swollen eye. "Hmm hopefully I won't have to teach you a lesson again. I can't hurt this pretty face." He growled and pulled me into a kiss.

I held in a whine and kissed him back needing to put on a show.

Marcus pulled back and smirked at me. "Good girl." He growled and stood walking out of the tent.

I started to cry and wiped my mouth wanting it to be taken back.

I jumped hearing someone walk into the tent. I looked up seeing the same male that was nice to me. "Here." He said handing me the vitamin. "Thank you." I managed to say taking the vitamin and swallowing it dry.

"I'm sorry for my alpha." The male said and sighed. "I know Luke went to find your mate. I'm not sure when they are coming but I need to leave and get my mate out of here. Here is a few more vitamins just  in case." He said handing me a bag full.

"Thank you." I said again. The male smiled and left.

That when I heard the tent door open again.

"Well well princess. I was hopping Alpha would discard you and give you to me." Larick said smirking at me.  I swallowed hard

"Why?" I growled. "Because I wanted you plain and simple." He said shrugging.

He sat down by me. "My brother always got what he wanted. I was left in the shadows. He doesn't deserve you. I do." He growled.

I swallowed hard.

Larick forced himself onto me kissing me roughly. I gasped and tried to push him off me.

Larick growled and hit me across the face. "Don't make a sound." He growled and pulled my dress off then my bikini bottoms.
