Our hands remain intertwined, swinging gently with the breeze. "Whoa, is that Big Ben?" Christina gushes, pointing ahead to the ginormous structure.
"Haven't you paid any attention in history? We spent a whole week researching the sites we're going to see!" I laugh, lightly punching her arm.
Christina giggles, "History is the time I get a nap in."
"That's why you have a C in that class." Will teases, throwing his girlfriend over his shoulder.
She squeals, pounding his back, making all of us burst into laughs. "Oh, so that's what we're doing right now?" Tobias chuckles, grabbing me by my legs.
I scream, "Four! Set me down you ass!"
"Watch your god damn language!" Tori shouts from the front of our group.
We all start laughing, Will and Tobias setting us down. We turn a corner, approaching a nice looking restaurant called St. Stephen's Tavern. There aren't many people hanging out out there, so we pile into the booths and seats. Right now, there are two dozen of us in a group, so we easily take up the last of the empty space in the restaurant.
They grab our drinks, then Tobias and I both order fish and chips. "Time to have actual authentic English food!" Shauna marvels, looking around at the older restaurant.
"You are amazed by the scuffs on cement here." I tease, shaking my head at her excitability.
"I've never been out of the country, this is fun!" She giggles.
We all laugh at her, shaking our heads. This trip is promising to be one of the best yet!

3 days later
"I can't believe you would do this to me! I've dedicated so much to you!" I shout, pushing him away.
Tobias turns around, "This is on you. I knew you were being secretive, but this is awful! You can't get mad at me for something you did."
I collapse, falling to the floor with my head in my hands, "I told you, it didn't happen! That's all fake, and I deserve to be furious! You won't even listen to me!"
"Why should I? You are always keeping secrets, how do I know you weren't with Eric?" He shouts, face red with anger.
I pull my body upwards, suddenly not filled with sadness, but a relentless fury that I can't seem to describe, "Tobias, I'm a virgin! You were so respectful of that, careful, mindful, and now you are going to act like I slept with Eric? I would never, he might not be a Peter, but that is not a man I want to give myself to, that's sick!"
"You lied to me about your ribs, almost died, and you're still pissed about that, you lied to me about hanging out with Eric the last two days until an hour ago, and you've been hiding something for weeks. I thought I could ignore it, but guess what? The cat's out of the bag, and you've been caught. How else do you explain a picture of you in a bedroom, Eric on top of you shirtless? Your lips were touching, do you want to tell me how that happened?" Tobias yells, in my face now.
I cower back in the slightest, "I've told you, he was drunk, threw up on his shirt, then tried to make out with me. If you would've checked your sources, you would know I pushed him off right afterwards."
Tobias grabs my wrist harshly, his grip sure to cause a bruise, "You lie about everything else, this is all on you. I'm done with your shit, you've helped me, but that won't get rid of the fact that you are a miserable liar trying to cover up the fact that you cheated on the man that cares more about you than anybody else in the world!"
He yanks my arm and throws me on the ground, and I cry out in pain, "God damn, you're acting like Marcus!" I scream, tears streaming down my cheeks.
Tobias stops dead in his tracks, "What the fuck did you just say?"
I move back to the corner, "I-I can't say sorry. You promised you would never hurt me. You promised that you'd be there through everything. Now that this particular situation isn't in your favor, you're abandoning me. You are acting just like your father."
"He is not my father! I swear if you ever say those words again I-I'll-"
"You'll what? Hurt me again? I think I've had enough of that!" I scream, pulling myself up, "Get out, never talk, never look, never touch me again!"

2 Days Before
"Are they seriously going to let us drink alcohol? This is a school event!" I hiss, staring at the bottle of wine set at our table.
Tobias laughs, "The teachers are all asleep, it's eleven, and everybody else is drinking. We'll be fine."
I take a sip as soon he pours the glass, enjoying the nutty, yet sweet flavor of the wine, "I heard that it's legal here to have alcohol if you're with an adult."
Will buds in, "Well I'm eighteen, so there you go."
We both laugh, sipping off of the drink. After a few minutes, the waitress comes by to grab our orders. I, wanting to splurge a little, order a steak with some fancy mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. Tobias gets an expensive pasta with a wine sauce and some roasted potatoes on the side.
"This is insanely fancy, much more articulate than our Dauntless Diner dates." I tease, holding his hand across the table.
He chuckles, kissing my hand gently, "I can't deny it, this is much better."
"At least I'm not Eric, sitting in a booth alone with a full body of wine." I snort, gazing to the side.
Even if I've already ordered, that doesn't mean I can't look at the menu, and Eric is looking nice for once. His hair has been grown out now, shorter and swept slightly to one side. His piercing are still borderline repulsive, which wouldn't be like that if he only had one or two.
"Stop staring, you make me nervous." Tobias jokes, nudging my leg under the table.
I laugh, "Sorry, I'm just wondering how one man can think twenty piercing on your face is a good idea."
"It just isn't, maybe he was drunk." Christina adds. Will and herself sit next to us, the boys on one side, girls on the other.
Will raises an eyebrow, "What if I got an eyebrow piercing?"
"One, maybe, five, I'd kill you." Chris laughs, making me giggle as well.
We continue mindless chatter, mainly focused on the fun nature of this trip to Europe. Every single thing has gone perfect, I can't see how it could get worse. Especially, with this melt-in-your-mouth steak.
