Chapter 14: Mia and Tsuzuki's b-day

Tsuzuki Asato's POV

Oh,it's my birthday today.Times does fly,huh? That mean I will be 98 years old...speaking of birthday,I wonder when is Mia-chan's birthday? Do we the same birthday? Or maybe not...

So I went to look for Mia. I went outside to the sakura tree. Mia-chan seems like it there, I always see her there looking at sakura petals. Then I did saw her by the sakura tree,holding the stuff toy that I gave her.

"Mia-chan"I called out.

She looked at me and smiles."hello, Tsuzuki-onii-chan".

"What are you doing here?"I asked her as I sat besides her.

"Nothing, I was just thinking about my friends,I'm pretty sure that they are looking for me now and they are getting worried about me"Mia-chan said as she hugged her stuff toy closer to her.

"Don't worry, I promise that you will be back to your world in no time"I assured her. But inside my heart,I don't her to leave...she is like a little sister to me...she was the first girl that really made me happy,she showed me how I shouldn't be giving up, just like me, she had a very dark past but unlike me,she didn't think of dying,she keep on living,she never give up...she is much stronger than me...

"But to tell you the truth...I don't want to leave here"Mia-chan said.

"Huh?"

"Because you all were the first people who accepted me...you,Hisoka-kun,Tatsumi-san, Watari-san, chief Konoe and the others...you treated me,a stranger from another world, as a part of yours...I will really gonna miss you guys"Mia-chan said as her eyes filled with tears which she wipe away quickly."sorry, I didn't mean to cry..."

"It's okay to cry,Mia-chan" I said.

Mia-chan shook her head."I already promise myself that I won't cry, I will only cry in happiness..."

I just pat her head.After a few moments,I decided to ask her when her birthday is.

"Mia-chan,can ask you something?...when is your birthday?"

"Actually...it's today...my birthday is today..."Mia-chan said shyly.

"Oh is that so? Then Happy birthday,Mia-chan"I said as hug her.

"Arigato gozaimasu,Tsuzuki-onii-chan"Mia-chan said.

"Since it's your birthday, do you want something? Just ask anything and I'll give it to you"I said.

"Umm...I really don't want anything right now..."Mia-chan said.

"Aww~please don't be shy, come on tell me"I insisted.

"Umm..."

I waited for her to say something.

"I really couldn't think of something...anything will be fine,I guess..."

I sighed and chuckled a little.

Oh well,maybe I'll just go around the city to look for something to give her.

"Okay,I understand..."I said as I stood up."I better go to work now,Tatsumi will kill me if he found out that I skip work..."

"Oh okay,good luck then"Mia-chan said as she stood up when I heard Hisoka called Mia-chan's name. He was asking her if she wants to go to the library which she said yes. She waved at me and they were gone. I really wish I could have gone with them but they won't let me step an inch in the library because I destroyed it twice.

"Well,I better go and buy a gift for Mia-chan"so I left to finish my work so that I could buy Mia-chan's gift for her birthday.
