Chapter 26: Mia's white tiger

In Mia's world:

Normal POV

"The girl's other self sacrifice her life to save the real one, After a short battle with Muraki, the others manage to got back safely...as the next day came, The girl told them what really happen to her,then another girl has appeared before them and to the girl's surprise, It was Tomoyo...the counterpart of the girl's friend form her world...This is getting complicated".Kokusai said as he read the book.

"I know...I really hope Mia's fine...from the plot,I can already tell that this is no ordinary story..."Chiga said.

"But I'm getting the feeling that...this is no story at all..."Kokusai said.

In the book:

Normal POV

"You're the Tomoyo-chan of this world?"Mia asked.

"Hai...And same as my counterpart, I'm a spirit miko..."Tomoyo said.

"...You're a spirit Miko?"Watari asked."Now this is rare...By any chance,are you a member of the Yurei clan?"

"Yes, that's right..."Tomoyo said."Mia-chan..."Tomoyo looked at Mia with a serious and worried look on her face.

"N-nani?"

"...Unless you fulfill your mission here in this world, You can never go back to your world"

"Eh!?"All of them shouted except for Hisoka whose eyes just widen in shocked.

"Mia-chan can never go back? why?"Tsuzuki asked.

"I'll tell you everything...including Mia-chan's past...her true past"

"eh?"was all what Mia said.

In Mia's world:

Normal POV

While Kokusai,Chiga and Tomoyo are reading the book, Mia's housephone suddenly rang. Kokusai then went to get it but Chiga followed him. Kokusai then answered the phone.

*Phone conversation*

Kokusai: Moshi,moshi this is the Tsuzuki residence...

Boy: um...who are you? Are you Mia-chan's friend?

Kokusai:Yes...May I asked who is calling?

Riju:oh,my name is Riju, I'm Mia-chan's classmate when we were in elementary...

Kokusai:Oh I see, but I'm sorry, Mia-chan is not...

Kokusai looked at Chiga who shook his head.

Kokusai:...is not available right now...she is busy with...um...something...

Riju:Oh, I see...Please hold on for a moment...

Kokusai then heard someone seems to be asking Riju.

Man(in the phone): Who are you calling Riju?Is it Mia-chan?

Riju:Hai...but it was a friend of hers who answered...he said that Mia-chan is busy...

Man:Let me talk to him...you better do your homework now

Riju:Okay papa

Then the man talk to Kokusai.

Man:Hello? Is this Kokusai-kun?

Kokusai:Ah, Chisato-san...yes,It's me...

Chisato:Histashiburi, Where is Mia-chan?

Kokusai:ah...she is...

Chiga whispered something to Kokusai.

Kokusai:*to the phone* She is with Tomoyo-chan doing a project for their class...

Chisato:Oh,I see...well,I just wanted to say "Hi"...I need to hang up now...bye

Kokusai:okay,bye

*end of conversation*

Kokusai sighed as he put down the phone."Man,this is tough...now some of Mia-chan's friends will be starting to look for her..."

"Yeah and we can't tell them that Mia is stuck in the other world..."Chiga said.

"Wait a minute..."Kokusai then stated to look around.

"Dosta desu ka?"

"Mia's pet tiger is not here"

"PET TIGER?!"Chiga asked in shocked."Who the heck will take a tiger as a pet?!"he thought.

A certain creature is watching Mia and the others. It's eyes glows once and started to get closer.
