"I may have been a little rude to him about it, but I guess he is a pretty nice matchmaker."

Yoongi looked at the younger, his face displaying nothing but innocence. Jimin on the other hand—oh boy. He was a blushing mess, his eyes as wide as Yoongi's ego in that moment.

"Uh, he—I, um, haha—"

His blubbering was cut off by Yoongi hunched over, laughing his ass off.

"You should've seen your face as soon as I said that," he struggled to say in between deep breaths, "That was priceless." The younger was immediately relieved, and laughed along with him. Of course he was joking.

"I'm assuming he mentioned the whole matchmaker thing to you, too?" He cocked an eyebrow at Jimin, to which he nodded in response.

"Alright, that's good. If I had just mentioned that out of nowhere that would have been a little awkward."

"A little," Jimin teased, lightly hitting his shoulder.

After their laughter died down, Jimin decided to break the silence. "So I, um, I kind of forgot to plan anything to do. I've been pretty busy with things," he stretched the truth just a little bit. It wasn't entirely a lie, after all. All of the cleaning and panicking had kept him from having much time to do anything.

"We can do anything you want," Yoongi shrugged and smiled at him slightly, relaxing into the couch.

The pink haired boy huffed. He was expecting this answer, but he hadn't quite prepared a good enough response for it.

"Yeah but you're the guest, hyung, it's up to you." Jimin shot a small smile back, hoping Yoongi would at least provide him with some ideas.

Thankfully, Yoongi came to his aid and began thinking of things for the two of them to do. After a few moments' pause, he looked back at the younger. "I know this place downtown to get some really good Italian food if you haven't eaten already."

Jimin lit up. "That sounds great, let me get my shoes on." And at that, Jimin was off the couch and into his room.

Not even five minutes later, the two hungry boys were headed towards downtown Seoul in Yoongi's car.

"So, how long have you lived in Seoul, Jiminie?"

His face couldn't help but redden a little at the nickname. Sure, it was his name on Snapchat, and many of his friends used it as well. It just felt nice coming from Yoongi, for some reason.

"I spent most of my life in Busan, but I moved here two years ago to try to start my music career."

Yoongi hummed, eyes still on the road.

"You said you were born in Daegu, right?"

"Yeah. I moved to Seoul four years ago for the same reason as you." He spared a quick glance and smile in Jimin's direction before training his eyes on the road once more.

The younger nodded. "It isn't easy,"

"No need to tell me twice," his hyung scoffed.

"How long have you wanted to rap?"

"Well, I've been writing lyrics for as long as I can remember. One day I just realized that I wanted to turn them into something bigger, and I decided that I wanted to become a rapper."

He nodded for what felt like the hundredth time that day before deciding on what to say. "I know you'll go far."

"Oh you know I will, Jiminie? What makes you so sure?" He inquired as they pulled into the restaurant's parking lot. There was that name again. "Because I've heard you rap,"

Yoongi blinked at him, the car now parked. "So have the record labels, but I'm not sure any of them feel the same way."

"You just haven't found the right label, hyung."

"Maybe not."

"You're one of the most talented people I know, and if I had my own label I would snatch you up in a heartbeat. Don't lose hope." Jimin smiled a full, signature eye smile at the older. Their conversation had taken a turn very quickly.

Yoongi didn't know what to say, exactly. "Thank you so much, Jiminie," he looked away for a brief moment, then back at Jimin, "Uh, sorry for making things so serious all of a sudden."

"Don't worry about it. So, should we go in?"

"Yeah. Let's go have our friend date."
