>>>Chapter 20<<<

i woke up to somebody shaking me, and then looked up to see Evelyn, hovering over my empty bed in the room i was staying in at my wedding venue. yelling at me to get up.

"I'm up, i'm up." i say, groaning as i cover my eyes since the sun streaming through the window is right in my eyes.

"Autumn!! it's your wedding day, and you aren't even awake yet! Get up so you can get ready, you are getting married in a few hours!"

i burst out of bed, remembering the big day today. within a matter of seconds i'm a nervous wreck, rushing to the back rooms of the wedding venue, one reserved for girls the other reserved for boys needing to get ready.

i walk in the room and evelyn has her makeup all set up, and then i look at my dress, hanging in the corner and fall in love with it all over again.

it is a beautiful dress, tight at the top with lace detail, with a flowy bottom. It has sleeves that cover just my shoulders and match the tops lace pattern, and has a low back, something that was really a deal maker for me.

My mom hasn't seen it yet, as i wanted to surprise her. The only people who have seen it are the bridesmaids as i wanted them to be a part of it so they could see how it would look with their dresses.

all my bridemaids are already dressed. tate, gabbie, christina, and evelyn are the group of girls i had chosen to be my bridesmaids, and they all look beautiful.

after a few minutes of talk, basically the girls asking how excited i was, i was sent to go put on my dress so hair and makeup could be taken care of.

Putting on the dress again, i was in love. the way the dress fit made me feel confident, as i was very self conscious about my body coming out of the hospital after having a baby. the dress is also just beautiful in general, and the details like the lace and the low back make it a memorable dress for me.

i walk out, and the girls instantly swarm me,
telling me how beautiful i look. i talk with them for a few more minutes, and then sit down to have my hair and makeup done by evelyn. 

she curls my hair, then puts it an updo, but lower on my head, putting white flowers around the top of the beautiful curled messy updo.

i smile at myself, very confident in the way i look, but not very confident in being married in a few hours. i'm very nervous.

i push away the nerves and evelyn does my makeup, and since she knows i'm not big on makeup she just does a simple look, to make my face shine, with some mascara and light lip color as well.

and then just like that it's already time for the wedding.

although we rehearsed this many times,
i'm still afraid something may go wrong, which i do not want.

i know it's traditional to have your father walk you down the isle, but i don't have my father available, for obvious reasons, so jonah is walking me down the isle, then sneaking out so he can walk out as a groomsmen.

i stand in front of the big doors, jonahs arm interlocked with mine, waiting to go in.

jonah looks down at me and smiles.

"I always knew you were the right one for Dani." he says, softly, with meaning.

and with that, the piano starts playing and the big doors open, and i find myself taking my first steps onto the isle.

a/n~ next chapter will be longer i promise i won't get to into detail though because i don't want it to be boring to you guys!

i'm so excited to write a beautiful wedding because it's gonna be beautifulll

also this book is almost too 1000 reads, which is crazy to think about! i am so grateful for everyone who has taken the time to read these updates and stay with me when i've needed to postpone updating. i really appreciate it!

and yes i wrote this at 4am, i woke up at 2 because i couldn't sleep, and decided hey i have nothing to do, let's give the people and update of this lovely little story.
