Three days since the incident on Lena's gala came by. Lena was already at her company, refusing staying at home ( neither the DEO  for god's sake) and recovering from her wounds. Supergirl tried to convince her but she nastyly failed, so Kara just sometimes kept checking on her, flying above Lena's working place, making sure, she was okay.

It was friday and Kara was currently walking from Snapper's office, who was surprisingly satisfied with the reporter's new article about the recent alien attack. She was happy, that it was finally friday and she could turn off after this stressful week.
She took the lift and then she walked straight to alley, so she could change in colorful suit and check on Lena. Today she decided for a change, she wanted to exchange few words with her friend, who she had crush on for a while. It was really hard for Kara to act normal around her, when everytime she looked at her eyes or those full lips, she desperately wanted to kiss her. But she couldn't. She couldn't destroy that precious friendship, they had. This would ruin that and she couldn't let that happen.

After she changed her clothes, it took seconds and she was floating above the L-Corp. She was searching for any courage in her, but it was like every part of Supergirl dissapeared, when Lena was around. It was like some sort of magic.
Kara, come on! You're freakin' Supergirl and this is just some short talk, you're planning here. You fight aliens every day and now you're scared to talk with some Luthor?
It's just Lena. Just Lena? Yeah..just Lena. Everything you have to do is not looking into those beatiful green eyes. Beatiful?
Ugrrr. Stop it already!
Kara finally stopped arguing with her inner voice and began floating towards the balcony, carefully landing on it.

She watched Lena for a while, who was obviosly thinking, because her head was slightly tilted to side and she was bitting her bottom lip.  Rao, why is she so perfect?

Kara had straightened her spine and put a supergirl's face on the one, which looked more like Kara's than Supergirl's and then she looked at reflection of her in the big window. Here we go.

She walked through already opened doors, her mouth paralyzed. Lena probably heard her walking in and she turned her head, not looking even slightly surprised. If she would say to Kara, that she was expecting her, Kara would easily trust her.

"Oh hello, Supergirl. I was wondering, when you will finally show up, as you were flying around here so often." Lena said using her bussiness tone. Kara was gazing at her, right after she had said that.

"Supergirl, are you okay?" Lena asked, after she had noticed Super's stillness.

"Ummm..yeah" Kara said, not hundred percent aware of her gazing.

"Well then I will sit down again and you can continue with this staring-thing"
When Kara had realised, what Lena said, she came concious again and she turned into tomato.

"Miss Luthor, I'm really sorry, I was a little out of me, I kind of didn't hear, what you said."

"It is fine. I get those 'mindblocks' sometimes too."

Well maybe, but I'm sure, that not for the same reason.

"Umm yeah. So i came to ask you, how are you doing these days." Kara asked, what she wanted to say the whole time, she was here.

"You know my wounds healed, so just normal...boring work, another boring work and even more boring work."
Lena smirked.

"You are working really hard, I see"
Kara paused, thinking how to turn this conversation somewhere else than her Supergirl work, because she didn't want to say something, she didn't mean to, like when she said, that she flew here..on a bus.
That was really awkward and she wasn't really excited being in that situation again.
