The couple was cuddled on a couch in a dark of Lena's penthouse, the only source of light was TV playing in background. Kara had her eyes still opened, but you couldn't say that about her girlfriend, who was peacefully lying on Kara's lap, her face buried in Kara's stomach.

Kara found herself observing Lena's face. Maybe too closely, but no witnesses means nothing happened, right? Lema looked so soft and fragile that Kara was almost scared to move. When the movie ended, Kara turned off the TV and very carefully started to get up, holding Lena close to her chest with intention to take her to bed. Then she walked into Lena's bedroom, switched a small lamp Lena's bedside table with her leg and laid Lena down on the bed. Then she realised that both of them were wearing Lena's casual clothes, which couldn't be very pleasant to sleep in and Kara hoped, that Lena wouldn't mind if she waked up in different clothes and maybe with another woman in her bed. She carefully opened the big white wardrobe next the the bed and grabbed two oversized t-shirts. The first one was over-sized, long-sleeved, white shirt with a black writing 'Keep distance. Lesbians can be very dangerous.', which made Kara smirk a bit and the second one was black with some particular logo on it.

Overwatch? What is that?

She first put the 'overwatch' tee shirt on herself and then she walked towards Lena, who was lying on the sheets in already very strange looking position.

"She HAS to do some stretching. Rao, is her heel really touching her side? ..And is this really turning me on?"

Good, five minutes after Kara said that, she found herself drooling and her own thoughts driving TOO far of what would be appropriate in that moment, so she just slapped herself. Well, ouch.

She used her superspeed to change her clothes quickly. After that, she saw that Lena was fortunately still very still, lost far away, somewhere in a land of dreams, so she, again, very quickly took Lena's clothes off and left her in just that cool shirt, Kara found earlier. Then she walked around the bed, which was for Kara's taste a little too big for just one or two people, and carefully lied down beside her girlfriend. She covered Lena first and then she had to find a comfortable position close to Lena, because there was only one cover and Kara was never able to fall asleep without it. She shifted herself to snuggle to Lena's warm body and turned the lamp off. Their limbs were intertwined and their bodies were tightly pressed against each other, but somehow this bed situation felt very comfortable and homelike.

When the morning came, Lena was unfortunately left in her bed alone, but there was still a warm spot next to her in a matrace, so she assumed that Kara had to leave just a few minutes beforehand. Lena was glad that Kara stayed and she also hoped, that Kara is still somewhere in her apartment.

Just when she decided to leave the warmth of her blanket, she heard a loud noise coming from kitchen. She smiled to herself.

"She did stay."

Another loud series of noises filled the morning not-very-silent CEO's usually very silent penthouse. In matter of fact, Lena doesn't spend much nights in her bed. She is used to work all night and then she just crashes on a couch in her office, because she is just too tired to go home. She knows, she has to work hard, if she wants to make her name and L Corp 'a force for good' as she likes to say. It's kinda poetic and it stands for what she wants, so she just likes it. Also, Kara once admitted that she likes, when she says it, so that makes the sentence even more likeable.

"Kara?" the Luthor called, but no verbal response came back to her. Instead, just few muffled groans. Lena became very curious about what was Kara doing in her kitchen, first she thought she was making a breakfast but now it seemed more like she was trying to destroy Lena's a bit too much expensive but not too much used kitchen. When she started walking towards the kitchen, she realized, what she was wearing. Aw, that's cute - she thought.
