Chapter 15

"So Kara?" Lena called from bathroom while she was changing into her work clothes.

"Hm?"

"I've got to go soon and I was thinking, that I could stop by at CatCo to maybe grab lunch later?"

Kara sped to the bathroom forgetting, that Lena was changing her clothes and was at the moment wearing only black jeans and same coloured lacy bra.

"That-OH MY!" Kara's hands quickly went up to cover her eyes. Still blinding herself, she tried to turn around and walk away, but instead of walking back into Lena's bedroom she walked into Lena's shower.

"Kara?" Lena laughed and rushed over to catch her girlfriend before falling.

Too late.

"Ouch." Kara said as she looked up and saw where she ended. Lena's face immediately lost its color.

"Oh my god, Kara? Are you hurt?" Lena asked as she picked Kara up and started searching her for any signs of injuries.

"That was a lot of..boob view. Yeah, well no. Um, I'm okay, totally fine. That 'ouch' said your shower. I mean, not your shower. I did. But then I realized your shower couldn't talk, because that would be weird, right? Yeah, so I figured to talk instead. And..you're..still half-naked and I'm too distracted by the view and I should probably let you..get properly dressed." Kara tried to escape Lena's strong hold, but when she realized that she'd need inhuman strength to do so, she gave up. Lena laughed silently.

"We're together, Kara. And I am not that naked." Lena tried to look into her girlfriend's eyes to reassure her, but Kara didn't oblige this time.

"But you, you uh this..your..these.." Kara trailed off making gestures around Lena's boobs. Lena smirked. She knew she wasn't small size and she was definitely glad that she made Kara so flustered and threw of balance.

"You weren't this shy last time, if I remember right."

"I was horny last time, if I remember right." Kara declared casually and tried to get up once again, but her girlfriend wouldn't let her. Instead she was pinned to the floor even harder. She looked right into Lena's eyes just to find a hint of play and determination.

"Yes. Yes, you were and then you left me sitting alone on my bed. Very naked..and wet." Lena was whispering while planting small kisses on Kara's exposed neck, suddenly, neither of them didn't seem to have the smallest problem of their position on the bathroom floor.

"I-I thought, you h-had to go..? " Kara shuttered as the kisses became more pleasurable than necessary.

"Don't you ever leave me like that ever again.." Lena replied as if she's never heard the blonde's last question and then quickly got up and walked away leaving Kara stunned and lying on the cold surface.

"Teaser." the blonde murmured under her nose. She got up on her feet as well. She followed Lena to the living room, where she found her packing her work laptop.

"I gotta go. There's some stuff, I need to get done before CatCo. If you're still up to it, my lunch break starts at 12.30 so I can pick you up at L-Corp just a few minutes later and we could go grab some lunch together." Kara announced as she caught Lena's sight.

"Would be lovely. See you then? " Lena smiled cheerily and Kara walked over to her to place a sweet peck on her lips. She was pretty sure, that that left at least a small red stain on her lips.

"See you then." She moved away and saluted. Lena chuckled at blonde's actions and saluted as well. That's when Kara sped off through balcony.

"Supergirl." the hero's name echoed through an IT class. It sounded both surprised and pleasured. Kara was widely smiling, showing her teeth and was holding the boy's guitar, who clearly couldn't believe that Supergirl showed up at his school just because of him. The teacher stood as soon as the hero walked through the door, showing his respect. She was respected. That felt beyond nice. After they shook their hands, she turned around slightly, facing the schoolers. All of them were standing as well and she could catch a glimpse of a few of them taking photos, but she didn't care and remained smiling. She gestured to the owner of her borrowed guitar to let him know to come closer. He left his desk and slowly walked towards the Girl of Steel. Then she remembered what she promised as well.

"Do you have a marker?" Kara asked as the boy came closer. He shook his head as no.

"Does anyone have a marker?" Kara asked once again facing the whole class.

"I do." the teacher announced and handed her a permanent black marker. She thanked him and then moved her knee up a little so she could lay the guitar on it while autographing it.

It was 12 and Kara had all of her work done. She didn't like using her powers in work, but since she became Supergirl, she started caring less and less. She just wanted to get her work done, so why don't use a little of your superspeed if no one is around? Just typing faster made her work a lot easier and she could just fly out and save cats that got stuck on trees.

Before she went to CatCo in the morning, she payed a visit to the legion as she promised. She wasn't there for long though. They just told her some more needed information. Also that the Red Daughter hasn't make any move since the last visit. It was quite unnerving.

Since there wasn't anything else for her to do at the moment, she decided to surprise her girlfriend and bring the lunch to her, so they could spend some more quality time together.

"Knock, knock." Kara said, because the were no closed doors for her to knock on.

"Come in!" Lena instantly replied after she heard Kara's voice. She closed her laptop and looked up to see that big goofy smile she loved so much. "Hey there. I didn't know you were coming already, you should have texted. Let me just put on my coat, so we can head out."

"Actually.." Kara lifted the 'to-go' bag up. "I thought we could eat here?" Lena didn't respond at first so Kara continued:"And after we finish our lunch, I can just lie on your couch and watch you use that beautiful brain of yours?" She suggestively lifted her eye brow, or maybe both, because she was honestly very bad at those such thing, like winking or lifting just one brow. It seemed impossible, though her girlfriend seemed to have this mastered..who knows, maybe she could teach her someday.

Lena finally spoke:"That does not seem as bad idea at all, but Kara, no staring or x-ray vision..or combined. I sometimes feel you undress me with your own eyes, literally. It makes me quite uncomfortable, so if you could.."

"Aye, aye, captain!" Kara replied immediately showing off her teeth properly. Lena just chuckled and smiled mostly to herself. She wouldn't say it out loud, because it made her feel almost ashamed, but Kara's made her the happiest person that she could possibly imagine herself to be.

"Okay, so I brought a few servings of potstickers for me, then some chicken wings, kind of a chicken nuggets wrap and some disgusting, vegetable salad. I don't have anything to drink though.." Kara named the food she brought while she was walking towards the white, office couch.

"I can have Eve bring something to drink. And, Kara, you know..just because it's vegetable doesn't mean it's weird or disgusting."

Kara hummed and objected:"But it most likely will be." Lena laughed, it was exactly, what she expected Kara would say.

"Let's eat already." Lena commanded in a firm tone.

"I sure can't say no to that."

I apologize for not updating for so long and I won't lie, I was just being lazy as always. Also, I'm aware that this was REAL short, that nothing much is happening lately in this story and that the few latest chapters were more of some fillers than actual chapters..

BUT that will definitely change.
