From ‚hate you' to ,love you'

Chapter 24

Zach's POV:

,,Come on Blair we're running late for school'' - I shouted. She was still upstairs in her room getting ready, while I was standing downstairs waiting for her.
,,I'm coming'' she shouted back as she jogged down the stairs.
She was wearing a black jeans skirt, with a white pullover and white sneakers. Her hair into a messy bun and just a little bit of make up on her face and she still looked beautiful.
I hugged her and she hugged back, giving me a kiss on my cheek. She went into the kitchen got an apple and water, then we walked towards my car.
On our way to school I turned the radio on and she started singing along.
,,and she will be loved'' she sang and I just looked at her
,,what is it Dempsey?'' she asked laughing.
,,you still have that amazing voice.'' she blushed and laughed.
,,and she will beee loveeeeed''- I sang with a cracking voice hitting the total wrong notes.
She laughed and punched my arm.
We arrived at school and got out of the car.
I put my arm around her shoulders and she on my back and like this we walked into school, where everybody stared at us with a confused look. We walked up to the guys and soon Jessica and Hannah also stood there.
,,Dempseeey'' the boys shouted and I shouted back:,,yoooo''
They boys all bump fisted me and said hello to Blair. Jess, Hannah and Blair hugged each other. They only stared at each other with weird looks on their faces and started laughing. What the fuck?! These girls communicated without even talking.
Bryce then asked:,,So you two are a thing now?''
Nobody answered the question. When I was about to say something Mr.Porter came and called out for Blair to meet him in his office. She looked at me scared and I just shrugged my shoulders. She went to Mr.Porters office probably being really nervous.

Blair's POV:

,,Hello ms. Destany sit down please'' - he said
,,Oh Blair is fine'' I said.
,,So why am I here?'' I asked confused.
,,See Blair, I don't really wanna say this, but two guys robbed your house .'' Mr.porter said.
,,What?'' - I asked confused.
,,Your mom is fine but your dad got shot they're at— I cut him off:,, I don't wanna be rude but can I go now—-
And then it hit me, all this time I was so mean to dad and know I didn't even know what was happening.
,,Can I please go?'' I said immediately
,,of course, I'll give you the address of the hospital'' Mr.Porter said.

I went down the hallway, tears escaping from my eyes, when Zach stopped me.
,,what's wrong?'' - he asked
I told him what was going on and he offered me to take his car. As I was about to accept that offer my phone rang.
,,Hello?'' I cried out.
,,Blair it's mom, dad is fine we're about to go home there is no need to come.'' my mom said
,,Omg that is so great to hear, you almost caused me a heart attack. What happened?''
,,I'll tell you later, just don't worry.Please honey stay at school, they're doing police stuff now and I don't want you to see that.'' -my mom said and so I stayed in school.
