Chapter 42

Blair's POV:

*Next morning*

I woke up the next morning and got up getting ready for school. I texted Zach but he didn't reply, so I decided to go over and wake him up. Karen opened the door for me and told me that Zach is still upstairs. I walked upstairs and saw him still sleeping. I kissed his cheeks:,,Wake up it's time for school'' I said and he opened his eyes. He smiled widely.
,,Morning babe'' He said hugging me.
,,Babe you overslept come on get up'' - I said and he groaned getting up. He got ready and we left. The whole ride to school was silent and when he pulled over I turned around:,,hey what is wrong with you?''
,,ughh... I'm just feeling low today I think I'm getting sick.'' he said.
,,You know what day today is right?'' I asked him and he nodded:,,anniversary of my dad...come on let's go inside.''
,,if anything's wrong talk to me babe. I'm here for you.'' I said while we were walking into school. He placed his arm on my shoulder and kissed the top of my head:,,I know babe thanks.''
We stopped in front of Justin's locker, Justin was standing right in front of it.
,,There's our couple of liberty high everybody.'' He shouted around the hallways and everybody started clapping. We laughed and kissed.
Soon enough everyone else joined us.

Zach's POV:
It was lunch time, me and the boys sat down on our usual table and waited for the girls to join us. The boys were all laughing but I somehow didn't feel like it. Blair already noticed and asked me if I was ok, to be honest I didn't even realize she came.
,,Hey go home if you don't feel good.'' she said
,,No way I'm not letting you walk'' - I said and she giggled:,,Babe it's not gonna kill me to walk and anyways I can walk with Hannah and Jess. It's ok really.''
,,you sure?'' - I asked her and she nodded.
,,fine I'm gonna go then'' I said and we kissed making the whole group whistle. I laughed a bit and punched bryce on his shoulder who was standing next to me. Me and Blair kissed once again, I placed my hands on her ass and she around my neck. She let go and said ,,I love you'' ,,love you too'' and then I went home.

Blair's POV:

Zach left and I somehow felt Bryce staring, I turned around and he bit his lip looking on my ass. I just ignored it, what a disgusting guy. The whole group became silent.
,,hey what's wrong with him?'' monty asked me.
,,he said it's cause he's sick but I think it's because of his dad.'' Monty mouthed and ,,oh''
Alex broke the silence:,,why? What's up with his dad?'' everyone just let out and ,oh god'
,,seriously alex?'' Hannah asked. And Bryce hit him playfully on his head:,, yo really that stupid man?''
,,what then tell me?'' alex said
,,dumbass his dad died''Jess and marcus said at the same time.
,,oh sorry I didn't know'' Alex said all worried.
,,obviously'' hannah said sarcastically.
Drrrrriiiiiingggggg
,,Ughhhhh time for math'' I groaned and got up.
,,see ya guys later'' jess and justin said and headed to class.
,,hold on blair'' Bryce came after me.
,,yeah?'' I said.
,,mind if I join you, I mean we're in same class.'' He asked
I need to confess it was a bit awkward but at the end of the day he was just being nice and it was fine. Or did I just thought he'll be nice?....

,,yea sure'' I said and we kept walking to class together.
