"Great job guys." Laura said when Cassie and Luke walked back in to the tour bus. Cassie smiled and sat down next to Michael, who was scrolling through twitter, looking at all the paparazzi pictures they shot when Luke and Cassie were in the park.
"I look good." She grinned and Michael laughed along. "You do." He laughed with her. "You guys rehearsal starts in fifteen minutes." The stage manager walked in and out. "Let's get going then." Ashton got up, got his drumming sticks and walked out, followed by the other boys.
Cassie followed them, interested to see the behind the scenes. She had been backstage a couple of times before with her dad, but now this was going to be her everyday life for a while. They walked in to the backstage area soon, and Cassie was a little surprised with it all. She never looked at it like this.
"There you guys are, go get ready, we're behind schedule." One of the stage managers said, pointing towards the room where all of their guitars are. "Luke, Cassie." Laura said, walking over. "Don't forget, the entire crew does not know this is a fake relationship, so keep that in mind when talking and touching." She said, winking and then leaving.
Luke and Cassie looked each other in the eyes for a few seconds. Then Cassie rolled her eyes and Luke laughed. "Guess you have to kiss me before I go on stage every show." Luke said while he walked in to the instrument room. "Awful isn't it." Cassie laughed.
Luke got his guitar and put it on while he walked around to collect the stuff he needed. "Luke where are you?" One of the stage managers' voice sounded through the hallway. "I'll be the reason you're late." Cassie said, walking over to him and putting her hands on his neck. "Good job." Luke laughed while he placed his hands on het butt.
They started kissing just the second the stage manager walked in. "Excuse me, Luke, they're waiting for you." She said and stared at Cassie in slight annoyance. "Oh shit sorry." Luke said. He gave Cassie one last kiss and then followed the woman to the stage. Cassie walked behind them but obviously didn't go to the stage.
She stared at them for a while until there was one man constantly interrupting them because something was going wrong. She got so annoyed that she got up and started walking through the theater.
First she walked backstage and discovered some things, like a signed wall with all the people that had preformed there. After a while she got bored so she walked through some corridors and ended up in the amphitheatre itself, in the place where the crowd would sit. The boys were still practicing so she walked around for a while.
Cassie really had to make some kind of friend if she wanted to survive these three months. She just walked around for a while and sat down on one of the chairs, staring at the boys playing. "Hey, you're Cassie right?" A girl walked over, she looked like the same age. "Yeah, hi." She smiled. "I'm Angie." She smiled back and held out her hand. "Nice to meet you." Cassie smiled.
"I work with the stage management, that's why I'm here, not some crazy fan." Angie smiled and sat down next to Cassie. "Ah okay, I should have guessed that from your T-shirt." Cassie laughed, pointing at the black shirt that had stage management written on it.
"I thought I'd come over, not to be rude but you seem kind of lonely." She smiled and stared at Cassie. "Yeah you're right. If the boys aren't rehearsing it's fun but at this moment I don't know what to do with my life." Cassie said and laughed. "Well first of all you and Luke look like a cute couple. I heard one of my colleagues caught you." Angie grinned. "Yeah." Cassie said. She realised she couldn't tell this Angie girl that it was fake. "Well, I just wanted to wish him luck." She smiled.
"Maybe on a day off we can get a coffee or something, I'm kinda lonely as well, most of the people I work with are male too." Angie offered. "Yeah, I'd be happy to." Angie then got a buzz which was a message asking where she was and if she could come to work on something. "I have to go, but it looks like they are taking a break so you could go over to them right now." Angie said.
Cassie smiled and nodded, they got up and walked over to the stage. Luke saw it and helped Cassie up on the stage. "Bye." Angie smiled and walked the other way. "I see you met somebody." Michael asked. "Angie, she works for stage management." Cassie smiled and sat down next to him.
"Well what did you think?" Luke asked Cassie. "For what I've seen I liked it. But I want to see it completely tomorrow." She smiled. "I think I'm heading to the hotel in a bit, just chill over there for a while."
"Oh sure, we don't want you to get bored or something." Luke answered.
