"There you guys are!" Laura almost yelled when Luke and Cassie walked in, in the middle of a conversation. "Where were you?" She asked. "Target." Luke replied. "You see, I told you so." Michael said. He got up and walked away. He rolled his eyes and stuck out his tongue when he walked behind her. "Why?" She then asked. "I still hadn't had dinner." Cassie said, walking over to the couch to set the two bags down.

"Alright." Laura said. "Why?" Luke asked her. "I hadn't seen Cassie yet since she was back, I saw about the mobbing and I got worried something might've happened when she got inside." Laura replied. Luke furrowed his eyebrows, feeling like that was not true. "We shot some pictures in Target, so we're going to post them in a bit." Luke said while Laura walked back over to the door.

"Alright, great, I'll see them appear. I'll be in my own room from now on then." She said and closed the door. Cassie started laughing. "That was a little weird." She continued laughing and then picked up the bags again. "Well, whatever." Luke laughed and followed her to her room.

"How is this already a mess?" Luke said when he walked in. "Hey!" Cassie yelled. "I was looking for my hoodie." She grinned. "I bet your room isn't a lot more tidy than mine." She laughed and stuck out her tongue.

She quickly filled up her suitcase again and put it next to her bed. Then she took off her shoes. "Don't you want to get in to your sweats or something?" Cassie asked, turning around when she started unbuttoning her pants. "Oh yeah, you're right." Luke said, walking out of the room.

Cassie thought about putting on sweatpants or not, because the hoodie fell over her butt. Luke walked in a little later while Cassie was trying to get the television to work. "Everything going well?" He laughed while sitting down on the bed and unpacking the bags to reveal all the food they had gotten. "Oh there it is, gorgeous Netflix." She smiled and walked over to the bed as well.

"Okay we're starting with the chips and guac." Cassie smiled at Luke, who just grinned at her. "I'm honestly so hungry." She laughed and got the bag of chips and started eating them, dipping them in to the guacamole. Luke got out his phone and scrolled through the pictures they had taken in Target. "I'm going to post the selfie." Luke smiled. "Wait let me look at it one last time." Cassie said. "Not if you're now going to say that you don't like it anymore." Luke said, holding his phone as far away from her as possible. "I won't." She said while rolling her eyes.

She stared at the picture a few seconds and smiled. "It's a really cute picture." Cassie said and Luke nodded, clicking on the post button. Luke smiled at Cassie who was staring at all the products in front of her.

"Let's watch the first movie, shall we?"

"Well that was a fun night." Luke smiled and got up. "It's also way too late." Cassie laughed while picking up some empty snack wrappers and throwing them away and some non-opened snacks that she put back in to the bag. "I think I'll head back to my room and sleep then." Luke smiled. He helped throwing out some of the mess and then opened the door. "Goodnight." He smiled one last time. "Goodnight." Cassie answered and Luke walked away, closing the door behind him.

Cassie got up, tidied up her bed a little bit and then closed the curtains and crawled in to bed again. She was still wearing the hoodie, but it was just so comfortable. She laid there for a few minutes, trying to get more comfortable. But besides the hoodie, nothing else felt comfortable. She tried lying on her sides multiple times, she even tried lying on her chest, which just hurt. She ended up on her back, staring at the ceiling.

This day was a fun day. Besides from the mobbing, Luke was really kind and he really helped her out. His attitude had changed and Cassie started to notice it. It was weird because somehow she was looking forward to the late night thoughts and the waking up together, as friends.

So, Cassie did something weird and got up and walked out of her room very softly. She closed the door and walked over to Luke's room. When she opened the door he was already laying down in his bed but when he heard the door he responded by sitting up. "What's wrong?" He whispered. "Nothing." Cassie smiled and she sat down on the other side of the bed. "I just can't sleep." She said.

Luke patted the spot next to him and Cassie laid down. They weren't really touching each other, but Luke could hear Cassie's soft breathing. "Why couldn't you sleep?" He asked after a while. "I just couldn't, I feel like so much happened today, the mob was really overwhelming and I am maybe also a little overwhelmed by how you handled it." Cassie said, staring at the ceiling.

"Why were you overwhelmed by how I handled it?" He asked her, turning to his side so he could look at Cassie. "I don't know, you were just so sweet." Cassie muttered softly. "Well thank you." Luke whispered back. "I remember the first few times we or I got mobbed and I was lucky enough to have a ton of security around, so I can totally understand how you were feeling." Luke smiled. Cassie now also turned around, facing Luke.

"You've changed so much since this year started, I'm a little surprised. I really didn't like you in the beginning." Cassie said. "I know, I never hated you, I just liked to see you get frustrated in the beginning." Luke smirked. "But not anymore, I've realised you're an actual human being and that I shouldn't treat a human being like that." Luke said, still whispering.

"I actually like this new you." Cassie smiled. "I think deep down I've also liked you, but I never know how to act around it." Luke said, closing his eyes for a second. He didn't have to open them because Cassie's lips were suddenly on his.

He immediately acted in to it and laid one of his hands loosely around her waist, scooting closer to her with his body during the kiss. "Luke I-" Cassie said when she broke away but she was cut off by Luke placing a finger on her lips and then his own lips back on hers. She let him do what he wanted for a second, roaming his hands all over her body. His lips softly went to her neck and then he stopped.

"I don't know what we're doing, but if we're doing this, I want to do it right."
