Leila took a deep breath as she smiled at Kate Argent. This was the first time she had met Allison's Aunt, but she had heard plenty about her through Scott and Derek.

Leila gasped as she walked into the room, even though she was expecting what she saw. Allison had told her all about her family's history, and Kate was fine with showing Leila the werewolf she was keeping locked up at the moment. But Allison wasn't there, due to the fact that she was spending time with her parents.

But she was not expecting to see Derek locked against a wall, his eyes a vibrant blue and his canines and claws out.

Kate walked towards Derek and said, "Unfortunately, Derek, if you're not gonna talk-I'm just gonna have to kill you. So say hi to your sister for me." Leila held back charging at Kate, not wanting to cause chaos. "You did tell her about me, didn't you? The truth about the fire? Or did you? Did you tell anybody?"

Did Kate start the fire? Oh, god no. No way.

"Oh, sweetie. That's just a lot of guilt to keep buried. It's not all your fault. You got tricked by a pretty face. It happens! Handsome young werewolf mistakenly falls in love with a super hot girl who comes from a family that kills the werewolves. Is that ironic? Is it-ironic-that you're inadvertently helping me track down the rest of the pack - again? Or just a little bit of history repeating."

Leila watched as Kate had an epiphany. "History repeating," she mumbled. She then looked up at Derek. "It's not Jackson, is it? Oh, no, no, no, he's got a little scratch on the back of his neck, but-he's not in love with Allison. Not like Scott."

What surprised Leila even more when was when Kate turned to the tan girl.

"And you're Scott's sister." Kate suddenly got wide eyes as she smirked. "There's three betas. Derek here is one, and Scott's one. And who connects the two together?" Kate stalked towards Leila, which made her take a step back. "The infamous twin of Scott McCall who abandoned her family to live with the Hales. And that, Little Miss Leila, would be you."

Before Leila could do anything else, electricity was running through Leila's veins, which was meant to render her unconscious.

But it didn't.

In fact, Leila felt even more power run through her veins. She growled at Kate Argent as she bared her fangs. Her eyes were already glowing blue; her claws were as sharp as ever.

"Well, I'll be damned," Kate whispered as she locked her arms behind her back. "The third beta."

And suddenly, without any warning, a gun was pointed at Leila's stomach, and a loud bang pierced throughout the room as a wolfsbane bullet flew from the gun in Kate's hand to Leila's torso.

"Leila, you need to wake up. Please."

"Tonight's the dance. I can't have my younger sister be unconscious for her Freshman Winter Formal. Besides, Stiles's lack of a girlfriend is already sad. I can't have my own twin bail on him."

"Scott?"

"Mhm?"

"Shut the hell up before I beat your furry little werewolf ass up."

Leila groaned as her eyes fluttered open, only to find Stiles Stilinski and Scott McCall leaning over her.

"Stiles?" she asked, her voice quiet and dry. Stiles instantly had relief show on his face as he looked at her, waiting for her to say something else. "That would be hard. My brother's ass is hard to beat. Yours isn't. Good luck with that, Stilinski."

Stiles blushed as he pushed Leila slightly. "Shut up, McCall."

"Wha's going on?" Leila mumbled, noticing that she was at the Animal Clinic.

"You showed up with a wolfsbane bullet in your stomach," stated Scott as he looked worriedly at his twin. "A man was carrying you in. Well, he was only about seventeen. Do you know him?"

"I don't know who you're talking about," Leila said truthfully, and her brother could tell.

"Aw, did you forget about me?"

Leila sat up quickly and turned around, a grin lighting up her features. "Apollo?" she asked as she looked at him.

The teenager held his arms out as he spun around, his sunglasses still on his face. "In the flesh."

"Oh my gods!" Leila got up from the operating table and ran towards him, throwing her arms around him and kissing his cheek. He spun her around, which made her shriek. "I've missed you so much!"

"Ahem?"

Leila and Apollo-still hugging-turned around to see an angry Scott and surprised Stiles.

"Hi, I'm Apollo," said the god as he let go of Leila so he could shake Scott's hand. "I'm your sister's best friend in New York."

"It's true," Leila pipped up. "But, he can be an arrogant asshole sometimes."

Apollo nodded. "True. It's happened." He turned to Leila with a smirk. "C'mon, now. Your aunts from your Long Island side are waiting to dress you up, and I'll be the chauffeur for you and your date."

"Aaaand... done!"

Leila gasped as she looked into the mirror. She was wearing a stunning goddess-like dress that was white and was attached to just one shoulder. A black cloak with long sleeves and a hood was clasped at her neck. She was nearly two inches taller due to the gladiator heels she was wearing. Her hair was in a beautiful Greek style, which she adored. And finally, her makeup was done flawlessly. Overall, she looked gorgeous.

"Wow," Apollo whispered as soon as he saw her. "You look amazing."

Leila smiled, and at that moment, she heard a knock on the door. When made her way downstairs with Aphrodite, Athena, Artemis, Hera, Hestia, and Apollo, she opened the door and saw the one and only Stiles Stilinski standing there.

Before he could say anything, Scott's voice rang throughout the house. "I'm gonna get going, Leila!" He was looking towards her room, not expecting her to already be ready. So when he turned around and saw her standing at the door, he was shocked.

The brother quickly walked towards Leila and inspected her from arms-length. "My god, you look beautiful." He kissed her forehead as they hugged one another. When they pulled apart, his eyes were wide as he looked at her. "God, Lei, you look so grown up."

Scott then turned to Stiles, who spoke before his best friend, already knowing what he would say. "I know, I know. If I hurt her, you severely hurt me."

Scott shook his head. "No; she's perfectly capable of killing you by herself." Scott clamped his hand on Stile's shoulder. "Good luck."

Leila giggled at the boys as Scott left the house. Apollo stepped forward and said, "All right, I've got a limo waiting for-"

"Actually, Apollo," Leila said, "I'd like to go in Roscoe."

At those words, Stiles's face lit up. "I'm down!"

"What's a Roscoe?" Artemis questioned, glaring slightly at Stiles.

Leila responded by walking outside, waiting for the others to follow. When they got outside, Aphrodite shrieked.

"Oh, hell no!" she screamed. "You are not going to ride in a horrible, beat up Jeep!"

"It's Claudia's," whispered the grey haired girl, making them all freeze. Athena walked forward and lightly pushed Leila towards the Jeep.

"Go ahead," Hera said for the goddess of wisdom, war, battle skills, and arts and crafts. "Apollo doesn't have to drive you."

"But-"

"Shut up," the goddesses chimed together.

Leila smiled and grabbed Stiles's hand, bringing him towards his Jeep, a huge grin plastered on his face.

"And this is one of the many reasons she's amazing," Stiles whispered to himself, completely forgetting about the fact that Leila could hear him.

Once the two were in the Jeep, Leila grinned.

"Let's go to the Winter Formal."
