Trouble

I got back to my dorm and saw that Yeeun wasn't here yet. Maybe she is already having dinner, I should probably get some too. I'm so hungry.

I walked out of the dorm and headed towards the food places. We have multiple places we can eat at here at the campus and I am ready to try all of them. I walked through past all the different places and suddenly saw a pizza place. This is it.

I walked inside and headed to the front to look at the menu. So many options what do I go for.. I finally decided and sat down at a table and waited for my pizza. I looked around a bit and saw some familiar faces but mostly strangers. So many students at this school it is crazy.

I finally got my pizza and wanted to take a bite until someone suddenly ripped the pizza out of my hands. "I will take that as an apology" Yanjun said as he sat down in front of me with my pizza. "Give it back, it's mine!" I said as I tried to take it back. He quickly took a bite and smirked as he was enjoying my pizza.

I glared at him as he only seemed to enjoy my reaction. "You think I let someone hit me just like that? That is not how it works rookie".

"You deserved to be hit, and stop calling me rookie!" I took another piece of my pizza and started eating. "Aren't you leaving? You got your revenge and now go"

"Alright" he said as he grabbed my box with pizza and walked out. Does he want to die? I ran after him and grabbed him by his jacket. "Hey that is an expensive jacket!" he said as he shook me off. "You can't just steal the food I paid for!" I said as I tried to take the box from him. "Why would it be stealing if I already claimed it as my revenge?" he smirked as he continued walking.

I ran after him and this time stood still in front of him with my arms spread. "Fine if you want the box then fight me for it" I said as I fisted my hands. He looked at me as if I was crazy, "I am not going to fight a girl are you crazy" he pushed my aside but I wouldn't let him beat me like that and jumped back in front of him. I saw people around us turn their looks to us as this was probably quite the sight to see.

Yanjun looked around him and then let out a small chuckle. "Alright, you win" he said as he pushed the pizza box in my arms and walked off.

I looked around me and everyone looked shook as if they had just seen a ghost. I saw Eric come running towards me and he stopped in front of me. "What just happened??" he said as he was catching his breath.

I explained him what just happened and he was looking at me with open mouth?

"Yanjun let someone beat him?"

The next day I woke up and got going to my first class. I noticed people were looking at me and whispering as I walked by. Why is everyone suddenly like this, is there something on my face?

I saw Eric approach me as he greeted me with a big smile. "Hey Melisa did you know everyone is talking about you?"

"Yeah I could kind of tell, about what though?"

"About the thing that happened between you and Yanjun yesterday. Yanjun never let's anyone off like that everyone is shook"

"Well maybe people weren't brave enough to stand up to him like that, I don't know but I don't really care either, let's go to class"

We walked into class and as I walked to my seat I still saw people look at me. God am I suddenly famous now. Look somewhere else not at me.

After class ended me and Eric walked to the garden and went to the spot Eric appointed this time. Maybe a smarter idea since I don't want any more attention towards me than I already do.

I looked over to my right and saw Yanjun and his friends sit on the table together with some other third year girls. One of them noticed me looking and our eyes met. I looked away really quick and hope she wouldn't bother. Of course I had to be wrong I heard people get up and before I knew it she and her friends were standing in front of our table.

"You must think you are really big now you got lucky like that. Yanjun didn't want to bother with you anymore that's why he let you off. Next time you should just better listen to him" she said as she smirked at me.

"Don't tell me what to do, you're not my boss" I saw the surprised look on her face appear as she suddenly pulled off the top of her drink and threw it over me. "How dare you talk to me like that" she said as her friends laughed at me before they walked off. Eric got up and handed me some tissues. "These stupid girls think they are better than everyone else here, are you okay Melis?" Eric said as he helped me wipe off the liquid.

I didn't respond as I felt irritated and angry while wiping off the liquid. My hair, clothes, everything is wet. I looked over at Yanjun his table and saw him looking at our direction. I glared at him before I got up to go to the restroom.

I took out some clean clothes from my locker and hung the wet ones to dry in the changing room. Why is this my luck.. this had to happen to me out of everyone. Why can't I just live a normal college life.

I walked out and almost ran into someone, I looked up and met eyes with Yanjun. I took a deep breath and ignored him as I walked past him. I felt his hand grab my arm as I tried to walk past him and got stopped as I stood next to him. "Let me go" I said as I kept looking in front of me.

I already let you go once but I won't go easy on you anymore. He pushed a few books in my hands as he smirked at me. "These need to be finished before tomorrow" he said before he walked off again. Does he really think I am going to make this for him? Is he crazy? I walked towards the direction he went off to and found him sitting somewhere outside with his friends.

They all looked up at me as they saw me approach them and I didn't wait a second and threw his books in front of him on the ground. You must be crazy to think I am going to make these for you.

I wanted to walk away but Xukun and Justin came after me and stopped me. I turned around and saw Yanjun approach me. "You really think you can just refuse like that?" he said as he still had the smirk on his face.

"Listen whatever you try to do on me it won't work I don't just obey someone like I am some sort of dog. Maybe you rich boys are used to that but that is not how this world work" I pushed my way through Xukun and Justin and walked off leaving them speechless.

I walked back to the dorm and got into the shower. I will miss another class because of this whole thing but I feel disgusting. I got out and quickly got changed and walked back to the school. Luckily the rest of the school day went a lot better and I managed to make it through alive. I would meet up later with Eric again but for now I was just going to withdraw myself in my room.

I sat in my room texting with my friends from back home. I missed them a lot and I wish they would be here with me. It would make everything so much easier. My stomach started to rumble as I got hungry. I really didn't feel like going out of the room right now since I felt a bit down but if I didn't eat anything soon I would faint.

I walked over the campus and tried to just keep looking in front of me to not catch any attention. I had to pick up my clothes from the changing room first since they have been hanging there for a few hours to dry. I walked in and grabbed the clothes and put them in my bag. I suddenly heard the door lock behind me, you have got to be kidding me. I ran over to the door and called out for someone but I only heard giggles from the other side.

"That's your punishment" I heard a girl voice say as the giggling seemed to fade away as they walked away.

"Let me out!!" I yelled as there seemed to be no more response. I placed my back against the door and slowly started sliding down to the ground. I hate this school, I want to go back home.
