Bad Boy ~ Lin Yanjun

End of the school year

Like that the summer vacation started to come closer and we would soon be having our results from our exams to see if we passed the year. I wasn't worrying too much about it since I studied pretty hard so I felt like I did well.

I sat on my table nervously waiting for the paper to be put on my table. Please let me pass, please let me pass. Is all that went through my mind. I saw Eric jump his seat when he got his paper as he yelled that he passed. I congratulated him and then received mine. I don't think I am ready to look but here we go. My heart skipped a beat when I saw that I passed on every course. "I passed! I passed!!!" I yelled as I was shaking Eric his body. He congratulated me and we both had a little party in our seat.

"We get to go the next year together Melis!" he cheered as he got up from his seat. The teacher dismissed us so we left the classroom and happily walked through the hall on our way outside. We saw all the other students with happy faces as well and some gloomy faces in between for the people who did not pass, oh well at least I did. "You will be leaving today to your hometown right?" I asked Eric.

"Yes! My parents will take me to Jeju as a vacation so I will be spending my summer there, are you ready for your vacation with Yanjun?" he asked. I gulped as I felt a bit of nerve but at the same time excitedment. "I think so yes, it's my first time spending a vacation with a guy who is not my dad, I feel a little nervous but also excited" I replied. "If anything is wrong just call me okay? I will fly over from Jeju!" he joked as he patted my shoulder before heading off to the car his parents were waiting for him in. "Have fun!" I yelled before he waved at me and went inside the car and drove away.

I suddenly felt to hands grab my waist from behind and felt someone press his lips on my cheeks. "Did you pass?" I heard Yanjun his voice say as he held on to me. I quickly turned around and jumped in his arms. "I did! On every course!" I cheered as I had my arms hanging around his neck while he was still holding on to my waist. "Ahh such a geek" he joked as he softly gave me a kiss. "I did as well, I just failed one course but that didn't really matter that much" he then added. "Well one of us has to be the smart one right" I joked as I let go of him with a smirk. He rolled his eyes at me and then gave me a soft smile. "Are you excited for tomorrow?" he then asked. "I am! But also a bit nervous not going to lie" I said as I looked down. "Ahh, you're too innocent" he said as he pulled me closer to him. "I won't do anything you don't want me to do. I just want to be with you that is enough for me" he softly said as my head was pressed against his chest.

Me and Yanjun headed to get some food together and saw that it was already getting pretty abandoned. "Most people are probably already heading home" Yanjun said. "Yeah, Eric left as well and I think Yeeun was leaving today as well" I said. "Yeah same for Xukun and Justin they left as soon as school ended, oh well at least I still have you" he said as he smiled sweetly at me. I smiled back at him before I took another bite of my food.

After we finished we headed to his dorm room to watch a movie together since it had been a while since the last time. We have been together for almost 4 months now. My head was leaning on his shoulder as we watched the movie together. I had picked Jurassic Park to watch and Yanjun told me that it was one of his favorite movies so it was an easy pick to watch.

Yanjun had his head laying on mine as we were holding each other's hands. He was softly stroking my hand with his thumb as we were watching the movie. After the movie ended Yanjun suddenly got up and closed the laptop. "What are you doing?" I asked as I felt pretty confused. He didn't say anything and just sat down next to me and pulled me closer to him. "Melisa.." he said as he sat down behind me. "I wanted to wait with this but I feel like I want to give this to you now.." he said as I saw a silver chain move in front of my eyes down to my neck as he secured it on the back and moved my hair over it. I looked down and saw a super pretty necklace hanging around my neck. "Do you like it?" he said as he came to sit in front of me. I looked at it with wide eyes as I felt tears come up. "It's.. it is so beautiful.. Yanjun I don't know what to say.." I said as I tried to hold back my tears. "Don't cry you crazy" he said as he stroke the side of my head with his hand. "I wanted to wait till we were together for 4 months but I really wanted to give it to you now" he said as he smiled sweetly at me. I couldn't help but just smile and hug him. "Thank you! I am so happy really, you're too sweet" I said as I was hugging him tightly.

After I let go of him Yanjun laid down on his back and stared at the ceiling. "Next year is going to be my last year at this school.." he suddenly said. I turned myself around and laid down next to him with my face, facing him. "I know.. it will only be my second year.." I said as I saw him turn around and face me too. "After that I will go to university or even get a job.. I won't be able to see you as often anymore" he continued. He looked down as I could see that he was feeling very bummed down by it. I moved myself a bit closer to him so that our faces were only inches apart and placed my hand on his head. "I know.. but.. even so.. our hearts will still be connected always.. even if I can't see you everyday anymore. I will think about you everyday and it will make the moments we do share even more special" I said as I was softly stroking his head. He smiled at me and placed his hand on top of mine "you are too good with words, you always know how to make me feel better" Yanjun said. He leaned forward and softly placed a kiss on my lips. "That is why I love you, you are what makes me happy everyday, what keeps me driving"

I smiled as I shyly looked down. "Same goes for me, because of you I smile as much as I do nowadays. My school time has become so much better ever since we got together I feel like I can handle the whole world as long as I have you" I said. He smiled at me and softly pulled me closer to him. I was laying in his arms as I had my head placed against his chest. I was listening to his heartbeat as I had my arms around him softly patting his back.

I opened my eyes and looked up, did I fall asleep here again. Yanjun was still sound asleep as I quietly poked his cheek. "Yanjun.. wake up" I said as he seemed to wake up but acted like he didn't. He pulled my closer to him as if I was some sort of teddy bear. "Yanjun! I know you are awake!" I said as I tickled his belly. He quickly jumped back and let go of me "Ahh you are so mean" he complained as he rubbed his belly.

I laughed as I sat up straight. "It is already 11 we should get ready to leave" I said as I got up. "Ahh but I was sleeping so comfortably" he complained as he struggled out of bed. I chuckled as I opened the door. "I'm going to shower and change I will meet you in a bit" I said before I headed out.

I quickly took a shower and decided what I wanted to wear. I had already all my stuff packed and was pretty much ready to go. I got a text from Yanjun saying that he was waiting at the front with the car. I took my suitcase and walked out. I headed to the from of the campus and saw Yanjun waiting in front of the car. "Took you long enough" he joked as he took the suitcase from me and put in in the back of the car. "Yeah I was still deciding if I wanted to be kidnapped again or not" I joked as I got inside the car.

We got some food while were on our way and then headed to the vacation house. We finally arrived and I got out and looked at a beautiful house in the middle of the woods next to the lake we were a few months ago. 

I took my suitcase out and ran to the front. "It is even prettier up close and wow so big!" I said as I felt even more excited now. "Yeah, we used to spend a lot of time and money in and on this place but my parents said I could have it for the summer" he said.

He opened the door and let me inside first. I looked at all the pretty modern furniture as I put down my suitcase. "Let me carry it for you upstairs" he said as he took the suitcase from me. I walked after him as he walked upstairs and saw him put both our suitcases in the same room. "Eh.. eh" I said as I didn't know how to bring out my thoughts. "What you don't want to sleep together?" he said as he looked at me. "I mean we have slept together before, even last night" he said as he couldn't help but laugh. "That is different! Now we are alone.. in the middle of the woods" I stuttered. "I mean if you don't want to I will sleep in the other room" he said as he lifted up his suitcase. "N-No! I mean I don't mind. I'm just nervous" I said as I looked down. He walked closer to me as he put his hand on my head. "You're such a baby sometimes, remember what I said? I won't do anything you don't want me to" he said as he placed a kiss on my forehead. "Let's head down again I want to show you the area" he said as he took my hand and dragged me downstairs.

He showed me the rest of the house and then opened the back door which let to the garden which ended at the lake. "Wow, such a pretty area!" I said as I was looking around me. I walked to the lake and could see the place me and Yanjun had our first real date. I couldn't help but stupidly smile as I could hear Yanjun laugh at me in the distance. "What are you smiling about" he said as he walked towards me. "Nothing really, I was just remembering our first date over there" I said as I pointed at the spot. I smiled as he held on to me from my back, "and many more to come, you're mine now for the rest of the summer" he said as he placed a kiss on my cheek. I smiled as I turned around to face him. "I am always yours" I said as I put my arms around his neck. He smiled back at me and leaned in to kiss me.
