Yasmin's POV

I'm so upset at my Dad he turned vicki into a vampire and he didn't even care, "why you do that? I yelled tears falling down my face, "cause its fun and I can do what ever I want Dad said then he started dancing with Vicki, "do I mean nothing to you? I yelled at my Dad tears falling down my face, "No you don't Dad said with a smirk on his face, "then why did you come back? I yelled tears falling down my face, "cause I want Katherine back that's all I care about Dad said breaking my heart, I run to my room and got a blade and soaked it into vervain then turned on the water then I started cutting myself crying in pain cause the vervain hurt and my Dad said I meant nothing to him and just thinking about it I started to cut deeper and took a bath and then went to bed.

The next morning I saw that uncle Stefan and Dad fussing about Vicki drinking blood I blanked them out and went to school, I didn't need to eat cause my vampire side but my witch side still demanded food so went to get breakfast and then went to class where I saw uncle Stefan talking to Elena so I went to find Jeremy over at the stoners pit smoking marijuana, I grabbed some from my pocket and got my lighter and we smoked together and then went to class, during class I started to feel weak and tired and I was seeing black dots and I passed out in front of my class causing them to scream.... When I woke up I was in a hospital bed my uncle was on the phone trying to get in reach with my dad then I turned and saw Elena holding my hand in hers tears falling down her face, "Yasmin I'm so glad your OK Elena said hugging me, "why are you dressed like that? I asked seeing that elena was dressed in a dance costume, " you passed out today at school and I got dressed but I'm not going anymore Elena said stroking my hair which was put up in a ponytail, " can you help me take my braids down please? I asked missing my real hair and to be honest its only been two weeks sense I put my hair in braids....when we was finished my hair was big and puffy like a lions mane and I noticed my hair got longer in just two weeks, uncle stefan walked into the hospital room and hugged me, "Yasmin I'm so glad that your alright you scared me do you have any idea how scared I was uncle Stefan said kissing my head and face causing me to giggle, "where's Dad and Jeremy?, " your father is at home but he found something of yours that we're not proud of and Jeremy is over on the couch in the counter he said pointing over at Jeremy sleep on the couch, "when can I go home? I asked while I saw my doctor come into the room, "ms Salvatore your scares on your arm are covered with medicated gaze but they need to be changed every two days and your diet your under weight so I gave your uncle a meal plan and lastly you have to take medicine for you to go to sleep cause I your study test shows that you haven't been getting sleep and pain the doctor said handing uncle stefan everything and I went to get dresses and we went home.

Damon's POV

I was watching Vicki until I heard the front door open and close and stefan Elena and Yasmin walked inside, "Yasmin go shower and change while I talk to your uncle and Elena I demanded and with that my daughter got up from the couch and went upstairs, " what did the doctor say? I asked, " they said that she was underweight and she has scars on arms from cutting too deep Stefan said giving me a meal plan and medication for Yasmin, "she's to take those before she goes to bed and the pain medicine every 6 hours Elena said looking at me sadly then she told us goodnight and left with Jeremy behind her, " you need to talk to her Damon Stefan said looking at me with sad eyes, "I know I do and while I do that see if you can stay over at Elena's tonight I need some time with my daughter alone I said holding on to my daughter meal stuff and medication, "yeah I can do that Stefan said smiling a small smile, "go easy on her she had a ruff day stefan said then he walked out the front door, I got me some Bourbon and then I went upstairs to my daughters room where I found her sitting on her bed hugging her knees, "Yasmin I know what I said was wrong and I'm so sorry but that's not an excuse for you to hurt yourself what you did was dangerous and put you in harms way I said, "are you sure you care? Yasmin said tears falling down her face her hair big and poofy like her mothers use to be, "if I didn't care I wouldn't be here now would I? I asked moving her hair from her face, "but you said you didn't- Yasmin started but I cut her off, "I know what I said and I didn't mean it Yasmin I thought your uncle would use you to get my humanity back and to be honest I've been having my humanity sense I seen you when I got back to mystic falls I said sitting on her bed, "how long have you been here? Yasmin asked looking at me, "enough time to see that you've grown up to be a beautiful young lady like your mother I said admiring my daughters beauty, "do you miss Mom? My daughter asked tears finding there way back down here face, "yes I remember your mother was beautiful and I loved her so much and gave me you, my father didn't know that we had you cause your mother was a colored woman so we hid you as you grew I use to run away from home and take care of you cause your mother was sick and when she died I took you home with me to take care of you, but when Katherine came I neglected my duties as a father, then then when me and your uncle turned into vampires I didn't want to hurt you so I granted your uncle with an eternity of misery and told him to protect you I said telling the truth, "why could I come with you? Yasmin asked looking at me with tears, "cause I didn't want you hurt baby my life wasn't easy I've done things some terrible things that I never wanted you to see I said wiping my daughter Carmel face, "Yasmin I love you and I never what you to hurt yourself is that clear young lady I said sternly cupping my daughters face moving her hair from her face kissing her all over the face, "I love you Daddy! Yasmin said warming my cold dead heart, "I love you too darling I said kissing her again then tucking her in about to turn her lights off but then I remembered her medicines, "Yasmin before you go to sleep I'm giving your medicine every day and night cause I don't want you to take it by yourself and your grounded and don't ever let me hear about you hurting yourself I said while she took her medicine, "yes sir Yasmin said yawning, "goodnight Daddy Yasmin said smiling up at me, "goodnight baby girl I said kissing her forehead and then went to bed myself.
