Rode trip

Yasmin's POV

I woke up with pain in the small of my back so I thought with a bubble bath the pain would disappear but after my bath it was still there; getting dressed in batman tights and a batman shirt putting on my batman retro 6 Jordan's then went downstairs really slow I heard my Dad and another voice talking along with Elena and my Uncle.

"There's my princess" Dad said standing up walking over to me kissing my head hugging me I flinched the pain in the small of my back was unbearable. "It hurts" I said tears falling down my face. "What hurts baby?" Dad asked while I pointed to the small of my back Dad pulled my tights down a little bit he was quiet. "You have a tail" Dad said while Uncle looked down at my backside. "Cool" I said my pain easing I looked down seeing my dad holding a big long fluffy cream white mixed with golden fur I shook it feeling a little pain but it eased away so I started watching my tail giggling then looking at my Dad and Uncle who were smiling at me then I looked at the lady who kidnapped me and Elena then back at my father I backed up into him my tail wrapping around his arm in nervousness and fear.
"Its ok baby shes not gonna hurt you" Dad said while I wrapped my tail tighter around his arm. "Maya baby your cutting the circulation out of my arm" Dad said while I eased up on his arm. "why is she here she hurt Lena" I said walking over to the Burnett putting my tail in her lap she stoked it. "I'm sorry Elena and Yasmin for kidnapping you" Rose said walking over towards us but I growled at her my eyes turning black my tail wrapping around Elena tightly. "Yasmin baby my arm" Elena said taking my hand in hers I looked up at her then got off the couch walking over to my Dad putting my face in his torso he just stroked my hair. "Why do I have a tail? What's wrong with me?" I asked looking up at my fathers icy blue eyes. "Your powers are coming I know its scary but I promise I'll help you no ones gonna hurt you" Dad said stroking my hair. "Can you cut a hole for my tail I feel the breeze on my butt" I said while Dad laughed causing me to blush in embarrassment then he took the scissors cutting a hole in my tights for my tail I wagged it in happiness. "I guess we have to do this to all my pants" I said looking up. "Yeah but when your out in public I want you to hide your tail" Dad said getting himself a drink. "How its big long and fluffy and its white how am I gonna hide it?" I asked looking up at him. "Looks like I'll have to buy you long jackets and sweaters" Dad said while I sat down carefully the small of my back in a little pain.

"so again tell us why your here?" Dad asked Rose walking around the couch sitting in his chair. "Elijah killed Trevor and if Elijah's here that means Klaus isn't far behind" the British vampire said looking at my father. "If your lying to us about anything I'll rip your heart out and shove it down your throat" Dad said looking at Rose who nodded her head. "Elijah and Klaus are originals and they have more siblings Rebekah, Kol, and Finn" Rose said looking at us. "Why does Klaus want me?" Elena asked looking at the female vampire. "Because your the doppelganger of Katherine pierce also known as Katerina Petrova she wad on the run from Klaus found me and Trevor drunk my blood then she killed herself ever since then me and Trevor been running until now" Rose said which broke my heart so I got out of my seat walking over to her hugging her. "Your so sweet" she whispered in my ear while I nodded. "I'm sorry for hurting you" I whispered in her ear. "Its ok" she said then I let go walking towards my father sitting on the floor next to him laying my head on his thigh closing my eyes when he ran his fingers through my poofy hair. "How do we get more information about the originals?" Dad asked stroking my hair. "I have a friend named Slater he knows about the moonstone and the originals" Rose said. "Looks like were going on a rode trip Yasmin come on baby get up" Dad said while I opened my eyes looking at him. "Do I have to go?" I asked looking up at him. "Now" Dad said while I got up going upstairs getting my batman sweater making sure my tail was tucked in then I ran back downstairs following my Dad and Rose out the door but the old vampire stopped. "I can't go out during daylight" she said I ran upstairs finding a lapis lazuli ring going downstairs doing the daylight spell in the ring handing it to Rose who smiled and hugged me putting on her new daylight ring. "When did you learn to make daylight rings?" Dad asked looking at me. "Just in case someone lost there's" I said while we went out the door to one of the many cars we have getting in I layed down snapping my fingers making my Dragon ball z blanket appear closing my eyes.

Damon's POV

I looked in the backseat seeing my daughter laying down with her blanket wrapped around her. 'when did she have a blanket?' I asked myself. "How old is she?" Rose asked looking at the rode. "14" I said looking out the window.... We soon had to stop and get gas I woke my daughter to use the restroom and got me and Rose a person to snack on and gave Yasmin a blood bag then we got back into the car I drove the rest of the way.

we pulled into a coffee shop then got out going inside I held my daughters hand we watched Rose walk over to a guy hugging him then they walked over towards us. "Damon Salvatore along with daughter Yasmin Salvatore beautiful in person" Slater said looking down at my daughter I gently pushed my daughter behind me shielding her from the vampire. "I'm a good guy don't worry" Slater said while we sat down at a table. "Coffee?" He asked looking at me Rose and Yasmin who looked at me I knew what she was asking. "chocolate frappe for my daughter" I said while Slater nodded getting our coffee. "How can we trust him? How do we know he's not working for Klaus or Elijah? I asked looking at Rose. "He's not he's good" Rose said while Slater came back with our coffee. "I have bachelors, PhDs and Masters degrees from all over the world" Slater said while I rolled my eyes annoyed. "The point I said. "That's it what's the point?" He asked rhetorically. "What's your information about the Klaus and Elijah?" Rose asked her friend. "Klaus wants the moonstone to break a curse but in order to do that he needs the blood of a wolf, vampire and the doppelganger" Slater said looking at us. "We have someone stronger than the originals Damon's daughter she can destroy the moonstone and save the doppelganger so Klaus doesn't break the curse" Rose explained to the other vampire. "Is my daughter in any danger?" I asked looking at Slater. "For now no but when or if Klaus finds out about how strong Yasmin is he'll do anything to get her on his side" Slater explained we all looked at my daughter who listened to our conversation with a emotionless expression which worried me. "look at me sweetie I promise you Klaus isn't gonna touch you" I said Yasmin nodded I kissed her head and we continued to talk until the windows to the coffee shop busted in causing everyone to panic Yasmin stood up using her powers protecting us from the glass causing the it to float in the air her hands glowing pink. "Yasmin we have to go come on baby" I said grabbing her hand which I saw she was cut from glass. "These people are hurt" my daughter said sadly tears falling down her face. "I know baby but your hurt we have to go" I said while she put her hands down we left getting into the car driving back to Mystic falls.

Once we got home I looked back seeing g my daughter asleep so I tapped her bottom waking her up we then went inside the house my daughter going to her room Rose sitting down on the couch still shaken up from our rode trip. "Slater we have to find him" Rose said looking at me. "He's long gone for now you can stay here in a room" I said then walked upstairs to my daughters room hearing her shower going then it stopped and she stepped out her bathroom smelling like warm vanilla. "Are your cuts healed?" I asked checking where the cuts were seeing them gone. "Get some sleep princess" I said tucking her in. "Goodnight Daddy love you" Yasmin said while I stoked her hair. "Never forget how much I love you and how much you mean to me do you understand?" I demanded looking down at her. "Yes sir" Yasmin said while I nodded kissing her again watching her fall asleep hugging Oreo I saw my daughters tail move side to side something I'll have to get use to I then walked down the hall seeing Rose asleep in a question room then I walked back downstairs getting a drink sitting down watching the fire in the fireplace die down then I went upstairs to my room taking a shower changing my clothes then went to bed dreaming about the day Klaus, Elijah and they're family dies.
