Lier Lier

(Little) Yasmin ran downstairs seeing her father sitting on the couch with a drink in one hand while another was behind his head and his eyes closed.  So the little girl quietly went over to her father and crawled up on the couch over to the blue eyed vampire.  "Daddy are you sleeping?" Yasmin asked her big Hazel eye's starting at Damon's still form.  "I'm wide awake what is it munchkin?" The older Salvatore asked opening his eyes looking down at his daughter.  "Nothing just bored" the little girl said crawling into her father's lap laying her head on his chest.
"Let's take a nap before Elijah comes over" Damon said grabbing a blanket for the small child wrapping her in it both falling asleep.

When they woke up it was time for the dinner party that Damon and Andie put together at the last minute.  "Why do I have to come?" (Teenage) Yasmin asked looking over at her father sitting on his bed while watching him put on a shirt.  "Because I want you as close to me as possible" Damon said walking over to his bed sitting next to Yasmin.  "I could be at with Uncle Stefan and Elena" the youngest Salvatore said rolling her eyes.  "It's better your here with me then with Stefan and Elena now let's go downstairs and put dinner together for tonight.... After dinner was ready everyone started to come over including John Gilbert.

Yasmin was talking with Andie until they were interrupted by John.  "Isn't Yasmin too young to be here?" the older Gilbert asked looking at the youngest Salvatore with a smirk.  "Why are you here again?" Yasmin asked looking at the older man.  "Because I was invited" John said while everyone except Elijah and Andie rolled their eyes.  "Yeah you weren't invited you invited yourself" Jenna said making everyone snicker.  "That's what I'm been wondering why are you here?" Damon asked while Jenna left to the kitchen with Alaric, Andie and Yasmin.  "I'm here because I want to keep Elena safe" the older Gilbert said looking at the blue eyed vampire. "Well from what I see and hear Elena can't stand you so again why are you here?" Damon asked narrowing his eyes.  "Just what I said Damon I want to keep my love ones safe and away from Klaus" John said seriously.  "Gentleman I will let Elena stay with her family and friends but if there's any problem I will take her away from you and you'll never see her again and I'll even take Yasmin away" the Original said looking at Damon and John then went to the kitchen while Alaric came out looking at Damon with a questionable look.

Both men were in the liberty talking about what Elijah said. "Wait he said he'll take Yasmin too?" The vampire hunter asked looking at his best friend in shock.  "Yasmin has no part in this she's only a kid!" Damon said pouring his third cup of bourbon.  "She's powerful Damon Klaus want her on his side and he'll do anything to do just that including taking you and Stefan out if he had to" Alaric said while the blue eyed Salvatore paced in anger.  "That's why I'm killing him tonight when I talked to Katherine she said the dagger would work" the older Salvatore said looking at his friend with a smirk.

After Damon found out that the dagger would kill him if he used it he was furious.  Then Alaric daggered Elijah only for him to try to take Elena but she made another deal with him stabbing herself in the process and we come to the now which is Katherine being free from the tomb.

(Little) Yasmin ran to her father's room getting into his lap while he read a book about where the witches were massacred.  "Did you find where Emily was killed?" The little girl asked reading what was in front of her. "Not yet munchkin" Damon said putting a bookmark where he was reading closing the book then tilted Yasmin's tiny body.  "Do Elijah really want to take me away?" the little girl asked her big Hazel eye's held fear.  "No baby I wouldn't let him hurt you" Damon said looking down at his daughter his icy blue eye's held seriousness.  "I don't want to sleep in my room can I sleep with you?" Yasmin asked looking up at her father.  "Of course try to get some sleep" the blue eyed vampire said putting her on the bed while she snuggled closer to him putting her head on his side falling sleep.

After Yasmin was asleep Damon picked up the book ignore Katherine who was in his shower listening to they're conversation. "You shouldn't lie to your little one" the doppelganger said jumping on the bed.  "Careful you'll wake her!" Damon growled at the burnett.  "She in deep sleep she's fine" Katherine said moving over Yasmin's body sitting in Damon's lap kissing him but the blue eyed vampire ignored her and pushed her off him going to bed.

The next morning Caroline went over to the Salvatore's carrying a basketball jersey with Yasmin's name on it with the number 1 one it.  "Your now officially apart of the little league girl's basketball team!" the blonde vampire said excitedly.  "Why?" The little girl asked while playing with shadow the little phoenix dragon loving the attention.  "Because if you're gonna be a little girl you have to at least do something other than stay under your father and Uncle while they fight bad guys and you love basketball" Caroline said looking at the child who just continued to play with her phoenix dragon ignoring what was being said.  "Yasmin are you listening to me?" Caroline said while taking shadow away causing Yasmin to growl at the blonde vampire her Hazel eye's glowing amber.  "Yasmin come here!" Damon said getting his daughter's attention which the little girl obeyed walking over to her father.  "Your going to go to basketball practice and have fun with all the other little girl's and your gonna apologize to Caroline for growling at her do you understand me?" Damon  demanded while the youngest Salvatore nodded her head walking over to the blonde hugging her legs.  "I'm sorry Care" the little girl said looking up at the blonde vampire.  "It's ok sweetie" Caroline said picking the little girl up hugging her then put her down handing Yasmin her jersey watching her walk back over to her father showing him.  "Go hang it up and get ready to go we're going to the grill" Damon said getting a drink mixing it with blood.

When they got to the grill the group got a table to themselves talking about Elijah and everything that's been going on. but they were interrupted by John walking over to them with a smile on his face.  "You have some nerve showing up!" Elena yelled causing Yasmin to jump.  "Look I can explain" the older Gilbert said nervously.  "Explain you tried to get Damon killed and you lied about information about the dagger and your working with Katherine explain that matter fact I don't want to hear your lies!" Elena yelled sitting back down in her seat next to Stefan while Damon got up taking John by the throat.  "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't kill you!?" the blue eyed vampire demanded.  "Damon don't not in here!" Stefan said getting up putting his hand on his older brother's shoulder.  "Fuck these people they finna witness the death of Jonathan Gilbert!" Damon said in anger everyone in the group comforted Yasmin who was crying in fear never seeing her father this angry before.

"Damon think about your daughter she's scared she needs you to have a level head your scaring her please brother let him go!?" Stefan begged his brother who looked at the him like he grew two heads.  "Have you lost you goddamn mind? I could have died my daughter would have been without her father again, Elena could have died, you could have died and you want to let this bastard live!" Damon yelled in anger hearing whimpers from his daughter but chose to ignore it.  "I want to kill him as bad as you do but I can't let my niece see that side of me think about your little girl she needs you" Stefan said while Damon threw John away from him in disgust grabbing his daughter walking outside everyone followed behind watching the older Salvatore comfort the now sobbing Yasmin. "It's ok baby I'm here I got you everything's ok" Damon said rocking the little girl in his arms he was so angry if it wasn't for him holding his daughter every human in that grill would have been dead. 

When they got home Damon sat in his daughter's room while she bathed then took her back to his room laying her down he went to take a shower then got into bed holding his little girl tightly to him.

Everyone stayed at the Salvatore's house not wanting to go home so when they walked in the door they said they're good night's and went to a guest room and went to bed trying to forget the horrible days that happened and aren't yet to come.
