REBELLIOUS LOVE.

CHAPTER FOUR.

TYLER P.O.V:

I entered my company, the company i own is not really luxurious or massive or rusty. It is rightfully a startup company. On the contrary, my father is a business tycoon. He owns countless big-ticket assets. Fortunately, those assets will belong to me and my siblings. However, we have one condition to full fill. The condition is to be accountable for our actions and words, to have knowledge, to value the Importance of people, the morals. We have to prove our worth for the assets. My father claims I'm still too young to handle business also it is not been really long since i graduated. As per him, it is  better for me to have exposure and discover, learn or study practically before I take all the responsibility or should I say, to win father's position.

How can i blank out this?, Today is the 'Interview day'. I was supposed to be earlier than my regular timing. Mrs.Rose offered her time for the Interview but i denied. I personally want to take the interview, the secretary will be working with me, i have some standard, principle for the secretary position. These criteria needs to be met if one wishes to fill the secretary position in my company. I need to see who will be enough dedicated towards the work. Unfortunately or should I say, due to my own ill-behaviour or my stupidity or careless behaviour, I'm late.

I'm optimistic about seeing well deserving candidates. I entered my office floor and saw the candidates waiting for me; I would have apologised but my father told me never to do that. He once told me in his deep, dominating voice, 'There is an image a business-man should maintain, they should never let anyone see their mistake'. Unfortunately, these sentences have been pinned in my mind and I cannot take it off. My most actions regarding business reminds me of my father's advice which I consciously follow. Don't get me wrong, I look up to my father, I'm ambitious and passionate about winning my father's position, i want to be just like him and all his advice is a lesson to every person who aims to be an entrepreneur. His words do makes sense in every form and manner. 'Allowing them to see your mistake is equivalent to allowing them to snatch away your throne' and i don't want my throne to be snatched away. I'm also hard-and-fast when it comes to work. So, I simply glanced over them and walked straightaway to my office room.

I saw Mrs.Rose following me to my office room, she asked for my permission before entering. I permitted her to enter my office room.
'Mrs.Rose, I'm very sorry for being late, I desire for no encounter with meeting today. I truly want to take the Interview personally, I want to choose the right candidate for the secretary position, someone as per my convenience. I don't want some hilly billy who will create rather havoc in the office. Unfortunately, I don't think there is enough time left for me to take the Interview of all the candidates sitting in the waiting room'
'Don't trouble yourself Mr.Tyler, I understand your concern. I realised you would be late today as you didn't pick up the call in the morning. To make your work less stressful, I took Interview as the first round. There are some candidates I have chosen as per your convenience, I personally see those candidates suitable for this Job. You will take the second Interview, there aren't many candidates, this will save your time and you will be able to choose the right candidate for your secretary position by the end of the day. Would you like to proceed with the candidates for their second Interview'.

'So it seems you're a hero, eh?' I said, which of course made her confused. I corrected my sentence. 'I mean, you have no Idea how awfully glad I'm to have you as my secretary. With your help, we will definitely climb the stairs of success. Mrs.Rose, the sole reason for my desire to take this Interview personally is to find someone like you. You assist me so much with my work, your assistance has always lessened the burden off my shoulder'.

'Tyler, I will not be working in this office anymore. Nonetheless, we will be working at my home. We have been family friends for so long, I would love you to visit me often, my husband loves you like his own child. Besides, whoever you will choose, I will train the new secretary professionally. You will need any guidance for your work, you will call me without any hesitation. Child, we all have faith in you. You will climb the stairs of success with or without our guidance'.
Mrs.Rose consolation made me feel better, her encouragement made me feel confident. 'Visiting you shouldn't be questionable. My sister and I love to stay at your place,' I said. I smiled at her, thanked her. We both went back to our work after our little conversation. I proceeded with the Interview, hoping to find a good secretary. A one who will share the same ambition as i do, someone who will want the company to grow.
