CHAPTER TWELVE.

TYLER P.O.V.:

I was sitting on my chair, busy with my thoughts when I heard a knock.
'Come in' I said to whoever is behind the door. It was Mrs.Rose.
'What happened Mr.Wilson, you seem a bit stressed?'
'Nothing as such, I'm confuse, who shall I choose? Everyone is quite good as per their resume except for that college kid'
'You mean, Ms.Adora?'
'Yes, Adora'
'Why? Was she really bad with the Interview, i agree her resume wasn't very impressive for the role of a secretary'
'She was not exactly bad, not precisely, she was honestly good, she is bold and confident, seeing its her only second interview, she is also honest, her resume is not appealing but she is a quick-learner, it is just that, she is in college which means she has pressure about her graduation, she also will be only working for us until she gets her dream job as well being in college is equivalent to partying, being careless, numbers of projects and internships to gain more experience regarding their passion, i need someone who will accompany me while i'll be travelling for business trips, someone who would be witty and smart and will charm our client, she definitely don't fit the criteria. Can you help me choose amid these five, it's quite difficult for me to choose'.

Mrs. Rose took the files of the chosen five candidates and looked at the files intently, she took some time and then gave her opinion. 'I think Mr.Patrick will be a great assistant for you, he is a charming man' said Mrs.Rose,
'Really? I'm not sure about it, there is also Mrs.Lucy, she is quite Intelligent and also has a degree in Accountancy, she'll rather be more responsible and professional, don't you agree?'
Mrs.Rose spoke her mind. 'She'll do better at desk job and not on the field, I don't see her being convincing when it will come to make a deal, you yourself said she has a degree in Accounts, which means she'll do better as an accountant, the account head of this company too needs an assistant, we can offer her that job and she also has children which means she'll be more worried about her personal life when she'll be travelling with you than focusing on work. Mr.Patrick is a better choice for the secretary position because he fits the criteria, he will charm the clients with his goofiness and jokes, he has a welcoming smile and he is smart as well, he has a degree in Business Management and in his previous work-place he was appreciated well, he left his previous only because he was shifting to new york, he is also around your age which means you can be friendly with him as he'll be able to connect with your Ideas.

Mrs.Rose definitely made sense, that seems to be the perfect choice for both the jobs. I said, 'Mrs.Rose, you know so well, you also know the candidates background which makes it so easy to choose, you do your job with passion and make it really easy for me to do my work, okay then, call Mrs.Lucy and Mr.Patrick and inform them about their new job and also please send the messages to the other candidates for not being able to get the job'.
'Okay, Mr.Wilson, i will do that and also this file needs your signature, please go through'
I took the file and asked if there is anything else I need to do. Mrs.Rose said, 'No, there is no more work, it's time for me to leave for home, may i?'
'You may, drive safe, goodnight'
'Don't stress yourself with too much work, take care, goodnight tyler'
With that Mrs.Rose left me with my thoughts in my office room.
