CHAPTER NINETEEN.

TYLER P.O.V:

It's been two weeks since Patrick joined the office. He's been a great secretary. He has built a good relationship with Mrs.Rose and me. He is also a quick learner. Mrs.Rose was totally correct about Patrick's personality. We had a meeting where his charm was a help in convincing our partners. He always gives his suggestions and advice.

I was on my way to the office when I saw a recognizable face. I slowed down the car to see the face, it was the girl who came for the Interview; I forgot her name. She was looking down and walking on her own, is she sad? Does she still not have a job? I wonder. She was looking quite cute in her casual outfit with her bag. Looks like she is on her way to home or somewhere from college. Ignoring my thoughts, I picked up my speed and went my way to the office.

As I entered the office, I was greeted by my co-workers. I gave them the nod with a formal smile and went to my office-room. I asked Patrick to come to my office and he followed me with my coffee in his hand.
'Good-Morning sir', said Patrick after keeping the coffee mug on my table,
'Good-Morning Patrick, Please tell me about today's schedule',
'Sir, You have a presentation to give and after that you are needed to attend a meeting',
'Okay, Is that all?',
'That is all',
'Great, I don't have much work today then. Patrick, please look into the new food-chain and search about the new entrepreneurs', Just after saying I remembered about Mrs.Rose retirement, before he could say anything, I said, 'Also, Patrick, Mrs.Rose will retire this week. I'm gonna give her a small retirement party from the office. Please look for someone who works into the event management field. Choose a good event manager and have a meeting with them and get back at me'.
'Okay Sir, May I leave?',
'Yes, you may leave now'. Patrick left me with my coffee and work. I got busy with my work.
