TYLER P.O.V.:

I was sitting in my office room, staring at the list. The list is not that long, as per my calculation, I will be able to complete the interview on time. I heard a knock and permitted the person behind the door, it was Mrs.Rose.

'Yes, Mrs.Rose, what happened?,
'Mr.Wilson, there is one more person whose name needs to be added',
'Didn't you add the person's name before?'
'No, i didn't, she just arrived for the interview',
'If she just arrived, it indicates she is late, I might be a little mellow but I don't appreciate late-comers',
'I'm aware of your principles. In truth, it was my fault, I scheduled her Interview at the last moment'. Mrs.Rose narrated yesterday's event. Hence, the girl was offered the Interview as a thank you. Mrs.Rose is a compassionate and self-aggrandisement woman, I understand her rationality.
'If that is the reason, I accept. Please, hand me over her resume'.,
'Of course, here it is'.

After checking the resume, I was surprised to see her age, she definitely doesn't match the criteria, I voiced my concern.
'She is a nineteen year old university teenager, how do you think she'll be able to handle the pressure of being my secretary? She will have her own sets of assignments and Internships. You are aware how well strict I'm when it comes to work and I need someone responsible, She is practically a university kid/girl, she is all about amusement and festivities',
'Mr.Wilson, I hear your concern. She doesn't fit the criteria. Although she is young, young as in belongs to a new generation, she sees the world with fresh vision and craves changes in the society. She can Inform you about the new demands and gain attention from the new generation with Digital Marketing. Give her an opportunity by Interviewing her, maybe she is capable of having a position in the company. Either way, we don't face the loss.
'You make sense. Proper marketing is the base factor to run a business. She can be a strong asset for running the company, she has knowledge about the new generation and recognizes social media well, she can be a help with digital marketing. I will take the Interview, her interview will be the last',
'Got it, i'll take a leave now'.

'Once Mrs.Rose exited from my office room, I took my time to go through the resumes. When I arrived, I noticed a girl down the company. As a matter of fact, I for a moment did stare at her, she was beautiful and she was mumbling and was silly in a cute manner. I was wondering then about her existence in the company. Now I assume she's the one who has come for the Interview. I doubt her capability, I don't expect her to gain any position in the company, she will mostly fumble while speaking or giving the Interview based on her past Job description and her experience which she has none. Nonetheless, there is no damage in taking the interview. I have my philosophy for education. If an Individual is qualified professionally however does not possess an optimistic posture and is not faithful and honorable towards their ambition, their passion; then I firmly consider the qualification is invaluable. If she carries the traits I desire to see in an Individual, I might hire her. I judged her based on her resume and attire yet I'm curious to see how she does in the Interview.
