TYLER P.O.V:

A man is making an old woman laugh with his jokes and innocent-flirt, Charming Indeed. Mrs.Rose was correct about the man, my new secretary's personality. My approachable footsteps attracted their attention.

'Good Morning Tyler' said Mrs.Rose with a smile.
'Morning', I replied to Mrs.Rose with a smile.
'Tyler, meet Mr.Patrick, your new secretary' said Mrs.Rose. The man extended his hand to shake with a smile on his face and said 'Good-Morning sir, thank you for this opportunity'. I shaked his hand and responded curtly. I went to my office room followed by Mrs.Rose. The man might be charming but he still has to prove his position through his work, until then I cannot afford to be friendly.

'Tyler, these are the documents regarding our new shipping that you need to go through',
'Thank-you Mrs.Rose, I will start with my work',
'Also Tyler, from where should I start with Mr.Patrick's training?',
'Honestly, I don't know. You will be training him professionally, you get to decide the start and the end. Although, he can start with my coffee first? I know he is my secretary, not my personal care-taker. But, it is fine if he does a little extra, non-convenient work',
'If that is what you believe. You will ask him for coffee, I don't train candidates to do the waiter job'. Mrs.Rose can be strict with me too. She is firm with her work and I know she will not tell Patrick to bring coffee for me.
'I knew this would be your response, can you please ask him to come to my office-room. I need to Introduce and summarise him with the work he'll need to do and the rule he'll need to follow',
'I will send him in. Is that all?'
'Yes, you may leave. Thank-you'.

The sound of the knock required my permission to enter. 'Come in', I said.
'You asked for me Mr.Wilson?',
'Yes, please have a seat', I said to the man who followed my words and did as I asked. 'Mr.Patrick, as you may already know, My name is Mr.Tyler wilson. You will be working as my personal secretary. You are experienced in this field meaning you know what your job exactly is. The two important traits I look for in my co-worker is honesty and loyalty. Mrs.Rose will train you and guide you with work-load starting today. The rules aren't many, just few. No harassment, no lying and no cheating. I find you doing any one of it, you will be fired without second guess. Do you have any questions?', Patrick nodded throughout my sentence.
'Just one' said Patrick. 'You also need coffee every morning? In my last Job, My boss always asked for one',
His response made me smile. 'You know well how to play with words. Yes, I will need coffee every morning. Your first work for me is, bring me a black-coffee, now. That will be all, you may leave'.
He left with a smile and came back in sometime with my coffee. There were two, one for me, the other one was for Mrs.Rose. The man knows he is not fooling us. He is trying already to build a better relationship between us. The man knows his job.

He reminds me of Mr.David. Mr.David built his good professional relationship with us with his charm and laid-back attitude. Yet, he was hardworking and smart when it came to doing the job. Hence, the reason he was a likable staff-member. Let see how this fellow will turn out to be?.
