Before you start reading the story , I wanna say that I'm sorry if there's some spelling and grammatical mistakes . English isn't my first language .

                           CHAPTER 1

Finally I moved to a new country . I moved to Toronto . New country , new people , new friends , new me . I hate my old country , my old school , I hate everyone there and that's because of one person .

Shawn mendes .

I hate him so much . He is the definition of evil .

I took a shower , dried my hair and then put on some make up . I put on a black skinny jeans and a white crop top . I took my bag and went downstairs .

" bye mom " I say taking an Apple from the kitchen .

I arrived to school and the bell rang . Shit I'm gonna be late . I don't know where my first class is .

I start running in the hallway not looking where I was going . I was just looking at the doors to see which class is mine .

Suddenly I hit something hard .

" watch where you're going ! "
The voice sounds familiar .

I look up and I see him .

NO it can't be him , can it ?

Suddenly all the memories came flooding back and I wanted to cry .

" I'm sorry "

" you should be sorry " he says irritated .

I roll my eyes and walk away . I really don't wanna talk to him .

I finally found my class . The moment I entered the classroom everyone looked at me . There was an empty seat in the back so I sat there .

After 10 minutes someone enters the classroom . I look up to see the last person I wanted to see , Shawn . And since he is late , he sits in the only empty seat left which was next to me .

Yay . No .

" hey princess , I'm Shawn . You most be new . I haven't seen you before " .

I give no response.

All the hour he tries to make small talks but I didn't answer .

I think he didn't recognize me . If he does , my life is over .

After what seemed like forever the bell rang . It's finally lunch time . I sat at a table alone , and  I put my hands over my face. 

I came here so I could forget about Shawn and about everything he had done . I came here to have a new start but it seems like I can't be happy .
Why ? Why me ?

" hey , I'm chloé " I look up to see a girl with brown hair standing in front of me .

" hey , I'm lisa " she sits next to me and we start talking . She seems nice . We exchanged numbers and it's the first time that I talk to someone without feeling ashamed .

School is finally over.  I walk home . My mom's still at work like usual .

I go to my room , lay on my bed and close my eyes . Suddenly my phone ring it's a message from chloé .

C : ' hey , there's a party tonight ! You wanna go ?! '

L : ' no I'm good ! I don't like parties' .

C : ' come on pleaseee it will be fun 🙏 just send me your address ,  I'll pick you up ' .

L : 'okay okay .'

Going to a party means meeting new people , so it's a good opportunity to me to have new friends .

I jump in the shower while singing . Then I put on some make up . I wear a blue dress with black high heels .

C : ' I just arrived . I'm waiting outside'

I take my phone and go to meet her . I get in the car and she drives off .

" it's who's party ? " I ask .

" oh it's Shawn's party " she says casually .

Oh no ! Not Shawn's . Suddenly I feel sick in the stomach .

We got to the house and there is loud music coming from inside the house .

They are teenagers everywhere smoking , Drinking and a few couples making out .

Did he invites the whole town ?!

We go into the house , the house is quite big .

Suddenly I feel muscled arms wrap around my waist .

" Lisa ! You came ! " a familiar voice says .

I turn around to see Shawn .

" yeah and now I'm leaving . Come on chloé ! " I say dragging her by her arm .

" Ly stay ! Let's have fun " he says  grabbing my hand and leading me towards the table where the drinks are .
