The Luni (Book 1)

The Luni Chapter 1

Long ago, before there was ever a Universe, it was dark. There was nothing, no time, no space, not a speck of life or light anywhere. Then two lights came, both were unique and filled up the dark. Where they came from? No one knows, but others think they created themselves out of the world of nothing.
There purpose for being there will never be known, but one thing is for sure.......they were the ones to start it all.

It was peaceful, there was no danger and everything was just right. Well, that is what they are supposed to think. They are not allowed to know about the real danger that is out there. The Damons that roam the other half of the planet, they destroy and conquer every single thing that we try to create. It is my job to destroy these abominations, yet it gets boring at times.

Our society is a beautiful one, with trees that reach high into the sky as the bark twirls around itself, grass that is so green and fresh that no one can recreate it, and sky's that never show a sign of grey. It is like paradise, what everyone hopes of reaching, and ruled by the powerful ruler Bloom.

She was one of the first Luni to be born, they say she created herself just so that we can live. Luni are wolf/bird like creatures. We come in many sizes and different elements, but we still have the body of a wolf and the wings of a bird.

Although that is true, the leader is more of a lion than a wolf. Her wings are made of pure fire as it also runs along her back. Her eyes are like autumn leaves, and orange fur that brightens in the sun.

Every Luni represents something, whether it be an emotion or a simple plant. Bloom is the Luni of bravery and life. She knows how to stay strong and know how to make others stay positive.

Me, I am nothing like her, I only care about surviving and keeping others alive. It's what I was born to do as what 20 tails or Greyson says anyway. I was also made instead of born, the 2 digits don't know his name and we don't remember him but apparently he left a long time ago.

Luni base their power on the number of tails they have, a Luni usually have a range of 1 to 9. But us two digits go over the range, because of this we have a lot more power and are considered more dangerous.

I and the others kill the Damon's that haunt the clan. A Luni can only die from another Luni, which has never and will never happen, or from a Damon.

It is us that are the knights that protect the Luni. I am the Luni of the Sun and the moon, I was the one to create the first Earth, moon, and sun as what the humans call the planets. Other Luni usually copy others planets if they are successful, so Earth is a popular planet to make.

"Razor come on it's time to go."

"Coming!"

Well this is my que to go. The Luni are living in peace, they are happy, and it is going to stay that way. No matter what I have to do to keep it that way.
