"Are you ok?" Jason asks me offering his hand to help me up.
"Yeah I'm fine. Are you?"
"Yeah yeah I'm good." I nod as I look around at the glowing rock in front of me. Billy shines his flashlight at the rock making it glow even more. As I move closer to the rock I notice something buried behind it. Kim is the first to say anything about it.
"Hey there's something in there?" Kimberley says as I touch the smooth, glossy, stone. Leather jacket boy pushes everyone out of the way suddenly appearing with a hammer.
He starts hitting the rock, against Billy's demands, he keeps going until whatever was hidden behind the rock fell onto the ground.
He continues hitting the rock. More and more stones keeps falling out. One fell right by my foot. I picked it up admiring the stone. It was dark on the outside but a foggy white on the inside.
All of a sudden the middle started to glow. I look around and see that everyone else is holding a stone too, each glowing a different color.
"Guys guys you hear that?" Kim says looking at us.
"Mine security." Zach responds. Oh shit.
"Someone should've pointed that out. Oh wait I did." Says the girl in the yellow beanie.
"We need to leave." I say placing the stone in my jeans pocket. Jason grabs Billy pulling him by his arm. We all start running in different directions.
"Maia!" Jason screams making me look to the left. He gestures for me to come with him. Before I can even think I run over to Jason. He leads me to his car. I jump in the back seat, Billy in the front.
"What about the others? Are you gonna get the others?" Billy asks looking at Jason.
"Hold on," Jason says turning sharply, very sharply, to the left. He drives straight through a fence causing me to flinch when the car hit it.
"Jesus Jason you already hurt your leg. Do you wanna die to?" I scream at him tightening my grip on the little handle thingy. He, if anything, goes faster and makes me even more nervous then I was before.
"There they are." I say pointing out the window to Kim and 'yellow beanie' girl.
"Ok you drive." Jason says to Billy. Billy freaks out and insists that driving isn't his thing. Jason reaches behind the passengers seat and opens the door.
"Jason you drive I'll pull them in." I say unbuckling my seatbelt.
"No Maia, I don't want you getting hurt."
"Yeah well I don't want you getting hurt either Jason." I move to kneel right next to him ready to pull them in. I notice Jason staring at me I start to say something but out of the corner of my eye I see the two girls running towards us.
"There they are." Me and Jason pull them in and close the door.
"What about the other guy?" Billy says. Me, Jason, and the other girls look at each other before screaming just go. We see a train but decide to just keep going. Suddenly the top of the car indents and hits my head.
"Shit..." I say and instantly grab my head in my hands. Jason looks at me and asks if I'm okay for what seems like the 100th time that night. A head pops down from the top and down to the window on my left.
"Move I'll pull him in." Jason says. We switch positions while Jason reaches upwards and pulls him into the van with us. Jason yells at the boy while one of the girl says,
"It's catching up."
I look out the window and see the train inching closer to us. I close my eyes and prepare for impact.
"I'm gonna make it!" Says Billy causing me to open my eyes and smile seeing that we only had a small ways to go. We all cheer on Billy but, right as he speeds up the train makes contact with the side of the van causing us to spiral and crash.
~~~~~~~~~~~~ A/N: ok so here is pt. 2!! Most power ranger stories I've read kinda skim over this part but I think it's pretty important so I wanted to make it super detailed. Also I'm not going to be making a part 3 for this.
