Ch. 11 - Improving Relationships and Friendships

Alec cupped Magnus's cheek as he gently kissed him back. His other hand gripped his waist, pulling him closer. Magnus's tongue slid along Alec's bottom lip, asking for entrance. Alec allowed, his tongue dancing with Magnus's. After a few heated minutes of kissing, Alec pulled away slightly as he bit his lip. "That was amazing," Alec chuckled. "Maybe after I take you out for dinner, we can continue this," Magnus whispered. Alec bit his lip smiling.

"And when might we go on this date?" Alec asked the gorgeous man before him, blushing slightly as he looked down into the man's eyes. "How about tomorrow night? I know a lot of good resturants around the town. Maybe I can even show you around the city." Magnus smiled as he looked up at Alec into his beautiful eyes. Alec gave him a slight smile before leaning down and pressing a soft kiss to his lips. "I'd better get back to the dorm so I can shower and get into bed. I'd hate to miss my favorite teacher's class tomorrow," Alec smiled as he walked away heading towards his dorm room.

As Alec walked to his dorm, he began thinking about all the events that had happened that day. From him standing up to Damon, to Magnus making sure he was okay, to their first kiss, to Magnus asking him out on a date. He was so lucky that he had finally done something good for himself, that he stood up for what he believed in. For once in his life, Alec was not ashamed of who he was, who he liked, etc. After a long walk to his dorm, half an hour later he arrived. He walked in to the dorm, seeing Ethan on the bed as he was ripping up his football posters. Alec closed the door and walked closer as he said, "Ethan, what are you doing?? Why are you ripping up all of your football posters??" Alec asked concerned as he knew that Ethan cared about football so much. "Because I got kicked off the team today... Damon kicked me off..." Ethan sighed as he looked up at Alec. "Why in the world would Damon do that?!" Alec said furiously as he sat down on the bed. "Because I stood up for you.." Ethan said as he bit his lip looking down. "I wasn't going to stand there and listen to Damon call you all these names and downgrade you for being gay, so I told him that he could either quit talking about you or I was going to leave the team," "Awee Ethan. I cant believe that you would do that for me. It means a lot," Alec nodded softly as he walked over to his dresser and grabbed some clothes for his shower. "Im glad that we became friends" Alec said to Ethan as he walked into the bathroom. Ethan smiled softly as he looked down, biting his lip. "Me too..me too" He whispered as the door to the bathroom closed.

*The Next Morning*
As the sunshine peered throughout the parted curtains of the dorm room and Alec's alarm began to blare, he reached over turning it off and got out of the bed. He walked over to his dresser, pulling out some pants and a button down shirt. He sat on his bed, getting ready for school as he noticed his phone lighting up. He leaned over and picked it up, seeing a a goodmorning message from Magnus. Alec smiled softly and immediately replied back with "Goodmorning :)". He slipped his phone into his pocket, before standing up and grabbing his backpack and books. "Hey mind if I walk with you today?" Ethan smiled as he grabbed his bag and computer. Alec gave him a slight smile before nodding. "Of course we can. That would be lovely" Ethan and Alec walked out of their dorm room and down the long hallway that led to a double door. As they walked towards their classes, people all across the campus were greeting Alec with smiles. This made Alec feel a lot better about many things, especially about college. At a certain point, he and Ethan had to split ways as Alec had reached Magnus's class. "See you later" Ethan said as he continued walking towards his class. "See ya later" Alec responded as he opened the double doors to the classroom and finding his seat. "Nice to see you today Mr. Lightwood" Magnus smiled as he handed Alec a paper. Alec smiled softly, giving him a slight smirk as he took the paper. "Glad to be here Mr. Bane" Magnus smirked back at him and continued to pass out the papers to his class. Alec looked down at the paper in his hands, reading it. It was a syllabus for today's lesson, with a note written at the bottom.

Tonight, meet me at the central water foundation at 7 oclock. ; )

Alec smiled softly as he glanced up at Magnus was now at the front of the class. He sat back in his chair, relaxing before taking out his books and notes for that class. All class period he couldn't help but continuously think about the event taking place that night. He didn't really pay attention throughout the class period therefore he jumped slightly at once the bell dismissed them. He began packing his things up from that class as Magnus appeared in front of him. "Didn't pay attention in class Mr. Lightwood?" He asked as he placed a hand on his lower back. "Oh uh.. no not really.. I was just thinking about tonight.." He bit his lip as he glanced up at Magnus who was smirking slightly. "Well, please dont stop.." Magnus said as he leaned closer and whispered into Alec's ear, "I can't wait either..' Alec let out a soft gasp as he felt the man's breath on his neck. He bit his lip once again before walking out of the class.
