WHY THE STIGMA?

'Tis an illness not a crime-why the stigma?
Judged after all the pain thee feel,
Like a monster,the eyes say,
Forced to say "I'm okay " for the lips to seal.
Drowning in pain and loneliness-
For 'tis not considered a big deal,

With the pass of each day,it increases,
Affecting souls at different stages,
Nearly half of the world's population,it affected,
physical health,self-esteem and relationships,it impacts
And in awareness,it's low.

But Thou and I can make a change,
Seeking professional help,physical therapy
And activity therapies-we should encourage,
Spreading love and care to take the edge off the pain.
In listening to the pain,we should be all ears,
To social stigma,we say "NO"
And in creating awareness,we should rise like the Aurora's rays.
