"Where's my soul?" I asked,
When I felt it withdrawing and hiding.
Out of shame? Fear? Uncertainty?.....
Boxes of super-questions unwrapped
With no answers that'd seal them back.
A moment; a result of a sight-
A soul departing to the afterlife.
To heaven or hell? Another super-question
That I dared not answer,
for I in no way possess mystical powers.
Static-I became! Staring blankly
At it-the body-losing it's breath,
Pulse and heartbeat, and all I could give was a stare
For my stethoscope and stuff were of no help.
A moment of soul-drainage; a spiritual reviver!
Through the records of past negatives, my soul dived
-reminiscing memories of my beloveds,
For it's so scared of losing those treasures.
Stares became analyzers of life.
Life! A jumbled up and twisted mystery!
When'll they-my beloveds-leave?
When'll I leave?
In what situation and place?
-answers that unveil themselves
only when they hit the spots.@poetickaleidoscope
