The boys were all back at the dorm it was around 11pm, an hour before their latest music video DNA would drop onto YouTube. They were spread around the couch in the living room with a single laptop placed on the glass coffee table.
The hyung line were on their phones sitting in different places near the couch. Joon by the armrest, Jin on the other end, Hobi on the floor and Yoongi on the single couch beside it.
The maknae line were watching TV, reruns of Knowing Brothers were being played. Jimin and Tae squeezed in the middle of the couch with Kookie on the floor munching on a packet of chips.
Meanwhile you were in the kitchen taking out a cup of yogurt. You happily took out the strawberry flavoured cup and closed the fridge door. You licked the stuck yogurt on the lid and made your way towards the living room where the others are, with a smile on your face.
You have been smiling ever since.
"Hey guys." You greeted them, throwing the clean lid into a small trashcan next to you.
The guys had visibility jumped a little once they heard your voice.
"Hey." They all said in unison with a slight smile on their faces, then going back to whatever they were doing previously, well, tried to go back.
They couldn't help but glance back at you and let their eyes follow you as you made your way towards the single couch in the corner of the room, placing your half eaten yogurt onto the table next to it, and taking out your phone.
You were smiling at your screen as well. The glasses you had on reflected the screen you were seeing. You had opened the link towards your own Highlight Reel.
Your highlight reel was special, instead of you chasing after the girl like the others, the girl was chasing after you but you were rejecting their advances. Not outright rejection but somewhat of placing a boundary of you and the girl. They had redyed your hair back to dark, same as your brothers. You had worn a school uniform, the same uniform that was worn for the previous videos. Your scene had taken place in a school where you were walking down the hallways with the girl by your side talking but all you did was smile at her.
Your character wasn't listening to her or even turned your head to face her. All you did was walk. You didn't even stop when the girl had eventually kept quiet and stopped walking with you with a letter in hand.
You just kept on walking with a smile on your face. Eventually, your character had walked pass all of the other girls that had appeared in the Highlight Reel. RM, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook's girls were all spotted in your walking scenes. At the end of the video, you had stopped at the entrance of the abandoned building of I NEED U. Your character stood there with its gaze up at the sky, it was dusk.
Meanwhile the rest of the boys in the living room, sat there with their gazes shaking at your actions.
You had giggled at the video when nothing in it was funny.
Honestly, the members were afraid. Ever since you woken up at the hospital, you had been smiling. The boys have not seen you not smiling ever since then.
Not even when you were reading the hateful comments there were about you when the official post about you was out. ARMYs didn't know that you were Kook's twin brother yet because your profile was never posted.
Well, they would know once DNA is posted in an hour.
The boys flinched once more when they saw your head shoot up to gaze at them.
"Wanna order some meat?" You questioned them as they slowly nodded in return.
Well, one thing was for sure.
They were content that you were eating.
