Loki's POV

I began to wake up due to the sunlight shining in my eyes. I hated mornings. I was laying on my back with my hand behind my head. I looked down and noticed Leana was still with me. Her head was resting on my chest and she was still sleeping.

I realized her blanket wasn't on her anymore. I slowly got up trying not to wake her.

I lifted her head and set it on the pillow. I grabbed the blanket and put it on her so she wouldn't get cold. I was about to leave when I heard Leana mumble something.

I turned back to look at her, she groaned then went to roll over but accidentally rolled herself up in the blanket and rolled straight off the side off the bed landing with a thump.

She yelped from surprise. I chuckled and rolled my eyes. And turned to leave again. "Um. Can I get a little help here," she complained. I sighed and rolled my eyes and began to walk over to her.

She was struggling to get out of the blanket. I walked over to her and grabbed one end of the blanket and pulled as fast and hard as I could. She quickly spun out of the blanket and made an "oof." I put the blankets back on the bed and walked out of the tent.

"I don't know if I should thank you or kick you in the gut for that!" she shouted from the tent. I let out a little laugh and continued walking towards the campfire. I began to throw wood into the fire. I looked for the old lighter I had found in the bag that came with the tent, but I couldn't find it.

"Um.." I kept searching but couldn't find it. "What is it?" I heard a small voice behind me. I turned to see Leana still in her sleeping gown. "I can't find the lighter," I explained. "Here, back up." she began to walk over to the fire.

"Excuse me?" I asked.

"Oh just shut up and do what I say." She hissed.

I stood up and backed away just a bit but so I could still see what she was doing. She put her hands on the wood. I watched closely as a flame appeared from her hands, setting the wood on fire. She took her hands away and backed up.

I stood there dumbfounded. She turned around and gave me an 'I-told-you-so look'. And walked away. I didn't even notice my mouth was open from fascination. I quickly snapped out of my thoughts and ran over to her.

"Wait how did you... I mean, are you a... A-aren't you a frost giant?!" I wondered.

"Yeah.. but... There is something else about me that I don't know about," She looked down. "I know who my father was, he was frost giant. But my mother, she was not just some normal human, she was something else.. I just don't know what," she explained. I nodded my head in understanding.

"I just don't understand how you could be half frost giant and be able to use fire. Surely you would have burned, well, I would have burned." I corrected myself.

"That's what I mean by my mother couldn't have been just a human, there is something I don't know, and it's pis-" "What was your mother's name?" I interrupted.

"Beatrix, Why?" she asked. "Just wondering." I looked away. Beatrix... I feel like I have heard that name before. But I don't know where I did.

I made breakfast for Leana then went back to my tent. I sat on the end of my bed and used my magic to create a green apple. I was about to take a bite when Leana walked in my tent covering her eyes. "Are you decent?" she asked not wanting to take her hands away from her eyes.

"Yes," I answered. "What is it you need?" I asked.

She took her hands away from her eyes and blinked a few times. "I wanted to talk to you and our plan on how to leave. We can't stay here forever." she pointed out. "Yeah, I know." I sighed.

She walked over to me and sat down beside me.

Leana's POV

I walked over to Loki and sat down beside him. We sat in silence for a bit. "Can I ask you a question?" Loki broke the awkward silence. He didn't look at me he just kept staring at his apple. "Of course," I answered looking at him. He looked up at me, he looked... Sad... I felt like his green eyes could pierce me right in the heart.

"Why did you break me out, I mean I'm happy you did and I enjoy the help you are giving me but, why put yourself in this much danger. Thor, Odin, Frigga, The warriors three, Sif, everybody, liked you. So why must you put yourself in danger just for some random man you saw in a cell one night." he asked.

I just looked at him for a while, searching his face. "I... I don't really know. I guess that when I saw you I was suddenly attached to you, drawn to you. I felt horrible about your condition, the punishment they gave you. I became angry and sad." I began to tear up but refused to let myself cry in front of him. I blinked back my tears.

"I see.." was all he said. He quickly sat up and walked around the room. "What are you doing?" I asked.

"Well do you wanna get out of here or not?" he asked. I nodded and stood up. "Where do you wanna go?" he asked me. "I would like to go to earth, but we can't, we don't have access to the Bifrost." I sighed.

"Well... I uh.." Loki mumbled. "You what?" "I uh, could use black magic to get us out." he offered. "No nope, nope! Natta, no, not at all" I quickly denied. "Why not?" he puzzled. "You could die! That is too much power, I don't want you getting hurt." I gave him a sad look.

"Don't do that." "Why not?" I teased. "Just don't." he looked away. "Fine," I mumbled. "And besides, do you really think I'm gonna let you decide what I do or don't do." he looked at me. "Hmph." I crossed my arms and looked away. "Quim." he murmured.

"HEY, WHAT DID YOU SAY?!" I yelled at him as he walked out of the tent.

"Nothing love!"

did... did he just call... me love?

"Yes I did!" he yelled back to me. "How did you?!" "Telepathic." he hinted.

oh yeah... Right... God of mischief and stuff... Great.

"And lies!" he added in my head.

"GET OUT OF MY HEAD!" I yelled back.

Now the plan begins.

"Yes, indeed it does."
