Chapter 14: Teddy and He Returns

Bradeys POV

I walked upstairs and saw Ace walked down the hall away from my room. What is he doing up here? His room is down the stairs.

I decided not to think about it to much. I opened the door to my room and walked in to see Alex already asleep. Her face looked wet with tears. She probably just misses her home.

I stared at her beautiful face. Shes so perfect in every way. My heart flutters when I think about her. Damn, I really like her.

I walked over to her and gently pushed her soft hair behind her ears. I kissed her forehead then went to my side of the bed. I laid down and fell asleep thinking of her.

Alexs POV

I woke up the next morning to find Bradey beside me. I wish last night had just been a nightmare, but I know it wasnt. Everything actually happened. I cant tell Bradey or Jared, they wouldnt believe me. They would never believe me more than one of their friends.

I got up and changed my clothes in the bathroom. After I was finished I walked back to the room to see that Bradey was awake. I walked in and gave him a half hearted smile.

"Everything alright?" He asked with concern.

"Oh uh yeah everything's fine." I said and looked down as the floor.

"Ok well I have a surprise for you." He told me

"What is it?"

"Youll have to wait and see."

"Will I like it?"

"I hope so"

I giggled at how cute he was. We walked down the stairs to the kitchen together. He made me pancakes while we talked. I had trouble paying attention because I was terrified of seeing Ace walk through the door.

I was in the middle of eating my pancake when I heard someone walk into the room. I looked up and saw Ace with his back turned to me. I quickly looked back down.

"Good morning." Bradey said to Ace.

"You too." Ace yawned.

"Good morning Alex." I heard Ace say.

"G-Good morning." I stuttered without looking up.

Ace grabbed a pancake and walked out of the room. Finally. Bradey was sitting across from me trying to solve a word puzzle. He was getting frustrated. How cute!

"So when do I get my surprise?" I asked.

"Now." Bradey looked up at me and I looked into his gorgeous blue eyes.

"Come on lets go." He smiled at me.

We both got up and headed out the door. We walked to his car and he opened the passenger side door for me. I smiled at him and climbed in.

Before he started the car he told me to put on a blind fold. I giggled and put it on. I couldnt see anything.

We drove for about 10 minutes when Bradey parked the car. He helped me out and took ahold of my waist. He guided me towards a building that I could not see. After walked for a couple minutes we both stopped.

"You ready?" He asked.

"Yep." I said with a smile.

He pulled my blind fold off and my mouth dropped open. In front of me was a box with 5 or so little teacup yorkie puppies. They were so cute.

"You get to pick one out." Bradey said to me.

I gasped with excitement and bent down closer to the box. They were all so tiny and adorable. I looked at them all then I saw the one I wanted.

He was tiny and cute. He was black an brown and perfect. I picked him up and held him close.

"Im gonna name you Teddy." I whispered softly.

I looked up at Bradey who was smiling at me. I stood up with the dog in my hands and held him out to Bradey. Bradey smiled and took the dog into his arms.

"This is the one?" Bradey asked.

"Yep. Thats the one."

(Later)

Bradey and I had taken Teddy home. I left him in my room and walked down the stairs. I went into the kitchen to try and find Bradey. Thats weird I cant find anyone.

I walked into the living room and I couldnt believe what I saw. Before I could turn and run, a large hand found its way over my mouth.

"Hey baby. I missed you." His husky voice filled my ears.

Oh crap. How did he get in? I knew exactly who is was. Griffin.
