I awoke the next morning in my bedroom. I got up and had all most forgotten all that had happened the night before. It must have been a dream. I thought to myself. Then I ran into my bathroom, that was connected to my room, and looked into the mirror. My wings were hidden from me, as if they had vanished. But as I stared into the mirror, they suddenly, reappeard. It wasn't a dream, I thought again, last night was real.

My wings were not white, as I guess, one would expect. They were Solid black with Dark blue at the end of the tips. And they were amazingly huge and strong looking, I stretched them out as far as they could go and just stared at myself. I probably stood their staring for over an hour. At least it felt like over an hour.

When I finnaly headed down for breakfast with my wings in hiding once more. My mother and father where just sitting the table in silence as if they had been waiting all morning for me to come downstairs.

As I sat down, my father in a very serious but loving tone said to me, " Star, I think its time to tell you. That you are not our biological child. We have so much to explain to you about where you came from and where we found you as an infant." My mother had tears glistening in her dark blue eyes.

Now, I had always figured I had been adopted, because I didn't look a thing like my mom or dad, but they really did have a lot of explaining to do, considering I am an angel, and no one. Not even me, ever knew it.

So they began to tell me all about how I had fallen from the heavens like a shooting star into the field behind our house, and that they found me all alone, and so they took me home, and named me star, then how they vowed not to ever speak of it again.

They told me this is why I had been homeschooled my whole life. And how incredibly smart I was as a child much more than any other child. They said they never knew why I had fallen from the sky. But that it was nothing less than fate that I ended up in their field that night.

After the long conversation was over my mother looked at me and smiled, " you really are my little Angel, Star. God must have given me you, because I could not bare my own child. And now that we know what you are and where you came from, rest assured we love you none the less." She finished talking as she came over to me and gave me a big hug from behind.

"So I am An angel." I replied back, I was so confused, and had a lot of questions. But they knew about as little as I did on the subject. I have lived my life as normal as any kid did, and now all of that seemed to have vanished from my mind.

Was there other angels out there like me in this world? Why had I been in the sky and what made me fall to the earth? How am I suppose to go on with my life, pretending I am something I am not?

All this thinking made me exhuasted once more, so I laid my head down back on my bed after breakfast and decided it wouldn't hurt to get more rest. My body was so tired and my head needed some rest.

As I slept, I began to recall things of my past playing through out my head. The images I were expierencing were far off and crazy all most. I was seeing many other angels like me, with Dark black wings, fighting a war with other angels with Bright white and colorful wings. The images were kind of blurry but began getting clearer and clearer. I was older though in this flashback. Much older.

For the next few days after, all I did was have flashback after flashback of wars and death and rebellion.

All the flashbacks began to confuse me, and a week after getting my wings, I had another nightmare. It had the same man in it as before, he was tall and dark except this time his eyes were a bright baby blue, and he was standing at my bedroom door. He then spread out his black wings, and said to me"I am Coming For You."

I about jumped out of my bed, waking up and the room was so cold, as if he had really been there and it scared me to think that.
