On my 18th Birthday, June 9, 2018, was the day I got my wings. The day my whole life changed from normal to something more. I always felt growing up that my parents were hiding secrets from me, but I never imagined the secrets would be so unimaginable to handle. Angels, and demons, God and Lucifer, they are bound in another space, far from earth? Right? Well that's where you are wrong.

Being a fallen angel is not what I wanted for my birthday gift. My parents who were totally normal human beings had no idea I would get my wings on my 18th birthday, in fact, although they always knew I was different, and needed to be hidden from the outside world, they had no clue I was an angel either. The real story was this... My mother who couldn't bare her own child, prayed and prayed that one day God would bless her with a baby. The doctors all told her it was impossible, but she believed with God anything is possible. One night while my parents were having a date night outside off in the country where I grew up, My mom saw a star falling from the Heavens. She saw the star, and as it fell, she closed her eyes and wished, "Please, give me a child, someone I can love." It wasn't but a few moments later, my parents saw strange lights coming from the corn field that was across the way from them. Bright red and Blue lights were flashing all around the area, and my parents said they had never seen anything like it.When the lights suddenly disappeared, out of pure curiosity they began to search the area where they had witnessed the light show.

It was my mother, Karen Hunter, who heard a small cry, coming from the spot where I had fallen from the sky, she saw me, a small little helpless baby hungry from the long journey to earth, and she picked me up and held me in her hands, looked into my dark green eyes, and then decided that her prayers had finally been answered. My father, Corey Hunter, was more skeptical but he couldn't deny my mothers plea to keep me as their own. " I will call her Star." Said my mother as she held me and took me home.

My parents who were quite clever, had a fake birth certificate made, and they bought a social security number from the dark market on the deep web, so that I could attend regular school when I finally turned five years old. Although they were sure I would fit in just fine, being I was such a pretty, young, blonde headed, and outgoing little girl, they found out after enrolling me in kindergarten that home schooling would be better for everyone, especially me.

It really wasn't all my fault, what happened in kindergarten, I was constantly doodling and coloring interesting photos of life beyond earth and was especially smart for my age. My kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Riley, told my parents, "that I was exceptional and honestly quite strange to her. She said, "I have never encountered a child with such an imagination and skills far beyond her age." That was the first reg flag that my parents began to worry public school might now be the right fit for me.

It wasn't until recess one day, as I was minding my own business, a young girl named Molly, who was a school bully, got caught by me, pulling my friend, Lacey's, hair for no reason, and dragging her by it all through out the playground. When I saw this and poor Lacey's eyes in tears, I ran over to Molly, and gave her fair warning, that if she touched Lacey one more time, I would go tell the teacher on her. Well of course Molly, who was taller than everyone else in the class and one year ahead of the rest of us, due to the fact that she was enrolled late, pushed me against the school's red brick wall, and then told me, " Leave us alone or you will be next."

It only took five seconds from after I had been pushed that the red I was seeing in my eyes came back to normal, and when I could finally see straight again, out of pure anger, unlike any child you have ever encountered, I grabbed Molly by her hair and lifted her off the ground, and yelled as loud as I could,"Don't you ever come for me or bother Lacey again or you'll regret ever being born." Unfortunately, for me, and Lacey, the whole playground of students and Ms. Riley all heard me scream this at Molly. And saw how strong I was, to have lifted her off the ground like I did. When I noticed everyone just staring at me in awe of what I'd done, Ms. Riley came over and grabbed me by the hand and Molly also and took us straight to the schools president for a disciplinary course of action.

They, of course, then called my parents and told them all about what had gone on at recess and asked to hold a private meeting with them based on my behavior in class and at recess that day. Since it's really hard to expel a five year old, after talking to the teacher again about my exceptionally odd behavior, my parents decided it would be better to teach me from home, and they pulled me out of school the very next day.

My parents had no clue why I was the way I was or what could possibly be wrong with me. They had never ever told another soul about how they had found me in that field the night the star fell, and after making vows to never speak of it, they were stumped at what to do with me. From that day they decided to keep me and my strengths and abilities away from the world. But my Mother and Father's love for me was so strong, thankfully they kept me, safe and hidden.
