After I put the letter down, she quietly and quickly packed up as much stuff of mine that I could manage. I really wanted to say one last goodbye to my parents but I was afraid to wake them and knew if I did they would have so many questions. I then thought about writing them a quick letter to say I was leaving but at the last minute I changed my mind and decided against it.

I went downstairs and packed up my truck with all my suitcases, where I would go, and if I  would return to Keller, I was not sure of yet. One thing I did know was I wasn't going to leave the town until I  was sure my parents would be safe.

As I began to drive towards the edge of town, Lucifer had already been informed of Stars going home charade. He and Keller had made a deal and the way he saw it Keller had broken it, by allowing me to return home.

" I did not have time to tell her." Keller pleaded over the phone to Lucifer. " Please spare her parents I took care of everything. Star will never return again and they will never know about her angel wings." He could sense me leaving my house and was doing everything he could to save my human mom and dad from death.

But Lucifer was evil and so we're his intentions, he could not stand humans and the though of me growing up with them truly disgusted him."You broke your word, Keller. I am sorry." He lied." But I must protect all of us, angels are my priority not humans. You should have done the job a long time ago and taken Star to me, where we could have raised her ourselves and in our ways. But you told me you could control the situation from getting out of hands. I gave you plenty of time to catch her up on our ways. How I see it is you didn't come through and now I have to do what I have to do. But Keller..." He paused and continued " Their deaths are on you."Then the phone clicked and Lucifer hung up.

As I drove out of town I heard Kellers voice in the wind, for the windows were down. "Star...Do not worry they will be fine." But something abput the way he said it gave me a gut feeling he was lying, and that feeling made me want to pull over and throw up.

I drove my truck off the road, and pulled into an old farm house, where I then parked my truck. I had to be sure nothing bad would happen to my parents. And I just couldn't stand leaving them behind to die all because of me and my dumb mistakes.

Hopefully no one saw me drive off road. I figured Alysa was still watching me, but since I couldn't see her I did not really care.

I then ran as fast as I could over to the barn outside my parents house. I realized how I wasn't even tired after the run and how fast I was going. It was so fast I could dodge every detail as if I was actually in slow motion. Maybe this was my special ability I thought.

As I sat quietly behind a pile of hay I heard a window crash open and it was coming from my house. I then heard my mom scream for help, as three demons and two angels appeared outside, one was the angel of Death, for he held a sickle in his hand. My parents were dead, I thought to myself. As guilty tears streamed down my face. I was about to go and right back. But Kellers soft voice in the wimd came to me once more this time in comfort.

"Do not fight back Star or you will die and never return." I all most didn't even care if I died. But the thought of Hell and never returning to Earth scared the life out me. So instead I stood in Horror as I watched my home, blaze in a raging fire, and slowly burn to the ground.

I knew I needed to go back to my truck and leave town before anybody else became involved like police or the fire station. I could hear their sirens ringing and coming closer. I must go now, I thought, as I attempted to move my still feet.

"Just Go." Kellers voice said again. And this time I followed it.
