Emma's (POV)
I woke up at the same time as usual and began to get ready when I got out of the shower Mariana went in. I brushed my hair and put my shoes on and walked downstairs when I got downstairs I saw my moms sitting at the table talking to someone. When he turned around I saw that it was Neal. "Emma" my mom said. She gave me a look and I knew that she wanted me to get the money and give it to him. I ran upstairs and got the money out of my drawer. I ran back downstairs and went into the kitchen and stood next to Mamma. "I don't want your money" I said. I slid it over to him and he looked at the money and then at me. "You seemed pretty desperate at the restaurant" he said. "We'll Leave you two to talk" my moms said. "Yeah well I don't want money I just need my family" I said. "Oh yeah cause you didn't seem to need or want your family when you sold those ID's and got yourself thrown in juvie" he said. "That was your fault and you know it" I said. He chuckled a bit "You know I'm glad that I don't have to deal with you anymore because I don't want to deal with a Bitch like you" he said. I was about to say something and then Jesus stepped in. "Hey man you're the only Bitch I see" he said. Neal got up and went over to Jesus. "Oh yeah" Neal said. "Yeah" he said. "At least I'm not a juvenile delinquent" he said glancing over at me. Then he looked back at Jesus. Just then Jesus hit him straight in the jaw and Neal fell backwards. "Jesus" I said. He was hovering over Neal and he hit him in the face again. After Jesus hit him Neal grabbed onto the stool and pulled himself up. He grabbed Jesus and put his arm around Jesus's neck and I could tell that Jesus was choking. "Neal let him go" I yelled. "Stay outta this" he said. I tried to grab Neal's arm off of Jesus throat and then he hit me in the face really hard with his free hand I fell on the ground and I could barely move I was holding my cheek and I sat in one of the stools and yelled for my moms. I put my head down on the table and when I looked up I saw Jesus hit Neal in the face again.

Stef's (POV)
Lena and I went upstairs to let Neal and Emma talk we had been upstairs for about twenty minutes when we heard Emma yell moms I ran downstairs with Lena right behind me. I got into the kitchen and I saw Emma with her head down on the table Lena went over to her and I saw Jesus on top of Neal hitting him in the face. "Jesus" I yelled. I pulled Jesus off of Neal and he got up with his face all bloody. I looked over at Jesus and he had a cut on his face. "What are you doing" I said looking at both of them. "He called Emma a bitch and then hit her in the face" Jesus said. "Okay Neal you need to leave now" I said almost yelling. He grabbed his keys and I heard the front door slam. I grabbed Jesus's arm and sat him down on a stool and grabbed some ice for him. I then went over to Emma who still had her head down. "Let me see baby" I said. She shook her head. "Please love" I said. She lifted her head and I moved her hair a little and I saw that she had a black eye. "Oh my god baby how did this happen" i asked. "Neal was choking Jesus and I tried to get his arm off of his throat and he hit me in the face with his other hand" she said. Lena and I were standing in front of Emma looking at her eye I grabbed some ice from the freezer and put it on her eye. I saw Jesus get up and Emma got up and pushed past Lena and I and wrapped her arms around Jesus. Jesus wrapped his arms around Emma "Thank you" Emma said. "For what" Jesus asked. "For protecting me" she said. "That's my job as your brother" he said. Emma looked up at him and he kissed her forehead. "I'm sorry about your cheek" Emma said. "Don't worry about it" he said. They hugged for another minute and Jesus kissed her head again they pulled away and Jesus went upstairs and Emma came and sat on the stool. I looked at the time and noticed that Lena and the kids were late. I turned to Lena "why don't you take Mariana Jude and Brandon to school get them something to eat on the way I'll stay here with Emma and Jesus" I said. "Okay" she said. She hugged Emma and went upstairs to get the kids they came down a few minutes later "Honey Jesus says he wants to go" Lena said. I turned around and looked at Jesus and he smiled at me lightly. "Okay" I said. Jesus came over and kissed Emma on the forehead again and then left with Lena and the other kids. "You don't have to stay mom" Emma said. "Well I'm going to" I said. She chuckled a bit and I took her upstairs with me to my room. She laid down on the bed and I went into the bathroom and changed out of my uniform and laid down with Emma. She laid her head on my shoulder and I put my arm around her. She took the ice pack off her eye and put it next to her. "I love you mom" she said. I kissed her head and she fell asleep.
