Chapter 5 ~Contract ?

[ Ruhi's P.O.V ]

That rude guy wanted to date me? Did he like me or he went crazy? But why should I go? I can't go on a date with someone whom I don't want . I never dated anyone . Yes, I'm serious .

I entered the restaurant where Ishan told me to come . It was a royal Italian restaurant near beach . I never went to such luxurious places , I found my comfort sitting in a ordinary cafe and having . After scanning around, I found him sitting near window with a cup in his hand .

How selfish he is! He has ordered coffee already and having it peacefully without waiting for me!

"Hi!" I forwarded my hand to him .

"Hmm . " He shook hand with me ,then wiped his  hand in a tissue .
What the f*ck ?

"You are 5 minutes late!" He pulled his shirt and showed me his expensive branded watch.

I apologized to him and sat in front of him . I was looking around not meeting with his eyes . He was looking breathtaking hot in his blue suit, white shirt and gelled hair . And his fair glowing skin, tall frame , pinkish lips and dark chocolate brown eyes were undescribable how mesmerizing they were .

Unknowingly I was checking him out again and again which didn't seem right . Here he was busy with his IPad ,didn't bother to look at me, who came to meet him and sitting in such a comfortable place for around 10 minutes . He didn't told me to sit down, nor pulled chair for me like a gentleman , didn't even ask me if I needed anything, will have something or I was comfortable ! 
I myself called a waiter and ordered choco chip ice cream for me. When this delicious baby is here ,who cares about this arrogant jerk?

"What do you think about love?" He suddenly spoke still looking at his iPad making me cough . He handed me a water bottle and again concentrated on his IPad His reaction was weird for me as if he said a normal thing .

"you asked that to me?" I said composing myself.

"Only you are here !"

"Well, Love is a waste of time. I stay hundred miles away from love, relationships . It only looks good in films and novels ." I said making him a bit surprised .

"Why so?" He raised his eyebrows .

"In real life, I saw how many girls get heart breaks daily those innocent girls can't get over from the heartbreak and can't forget those cheater boys . Many girl still chase after those stupid boys and take drastic step and ends their lives . So, girls shouldn't depend on boys that boys will make their lives heavenly beautiful . So, I don't support love . I know it sounds awkward that a girl is saying this . I'm not like those girls who dreams for a prince charming would arrive on a horse make me his bride . Love is not my cup of tea . "I said confidentially .

" well, you are right . There is nothing called love . It just s*cks . But do you really think only boys cheat girls and girls are damn innocent? " he asked with a hidden smirk .

"Of course yes. " I almost shouted and stuck out my tongue when people looked at me . He gave me a glare .

"I'm sorry . I mean I can be a bit rude to say this to a boy but yes, boys only know to hurt girls . They always cheat innocent girls and leave them helpless " I defended myself and I saw him frowning his eyes in anger . He closed his eyes for a while and then composed himself . Now he again got back his normal form .

" Read this and sign " he handed me a rolled paper and move his gaze to IPad again . I started to read out the papers . It was a contract . Did he consider me his client whom he gave contract papers? Firstly I thought he was mistaken but after reading further, I realized he made the contract for me .

The terms and conditions:
- the marriage will last only for six months . Besides, the husband can divorce the wife before the six months if he needed .

- Both husband and wife have to pretend to be a normal married couple in front of everyone ,but they will not share any close relationship like a couple .

-no interference in each other's lives

-no physical contact .

-no love .

"What? What is this? Which marriage? After all these, you are saying you want this marriage? You didn't want it right?" I yelled in disbelief .

"Lower your voice .It's not any market . Be relaxed " he glared at me .

"How can I be relaxed? You want me to be your wife for six months? A fake marriage?"

"The marriage will be real. but we won't be a couple . I will divorce you after six months,then you are free . "

"Do you think marriage is a silly game? It's a sacred bond . We can't make mock of this!"

"Well Miss.Whatever .You were saying some times ago that you don't believe in relationships ,then why are you defending marriage now? Look, If don't want love and a relationship, then this contract marriage would be easy for you for ."

"But.." I wanted to say something but he cut me off .

"Listen, I also don't want to get involved in the stupid bond, but My grandfather blackmailed me to marry you,otherwise he won't give me my share and replace me from the business . I will convince him within these six months and get his signature proving myself . After that I'll get rid of this trouble and will divorce you You can do whatever you want in your life . I'll also pay you a huge amount that you can continue your studies and enjoy a luxurious life ." he said getting up from the chair and buttoned his suit .

"It has been an hour already . I've been late for meetings. Listen , I'll achieve the every damn thing which I desire by hook or by crook . So, Miss.Whatever, you have to agree to this marriage. Here is my card . " He handed me his card and left the place with attitude without even saying a bye .
