The words that are italics are Blaze and Ice's memory when they were sort of a couple.

Blaze lied on the cold floor, shivering.

It was a stormy winter night, but Blaze, who was in his room, just continued to stay there, not moving.

It has been 3 years since he had lost her, his lover, Ice. But Blaze was not able to recover from the hole that she had left him.

How can you see into my eyes like open doors?
Leading you down, into my core
Where I've become so numb, without a soul
My spirit's sleeping somewhere cold

Blaze walk through the forest where he and Ice used to play when they were children. Finally, he stopped at a tree that has his and Ice's nickname carved through it.

Until you find it there, and lead it, back, home

"What did I do wrong? Why does this has to end this way?"He thought. His mind drifting to the day the incident took place.

"Um.. Blaze? "Ice called.
"Hm... what?" He replied , not focusing on her"
"Uh... so I want to break up"
" WHAT?!"

He regretted all the times he didn't take time to hang out with Ice. He became deep in thought, wishing he had spent more time with her. He would give anything to be with her now.

Now that I know what I'm without

Meanwhile, Ice was also walking in the same woods Blaze is in.
She had missed him and was longing to give him a hug, a kiss anything.(I know it's pathetic and I'm ruining a song-_-')

Just then, she noticed Blaze from afar and hid behind a huge tree, not knowing whether to show herself or not,
Instead, she chose to continue to watch him.

Blaze took a knife out from his jacket, and studied the blade, noticing himself from it. He had a scar that he had made a few weeks ago, not accidentally but intentionally. This too reminded him of Ice.

" Why, am I doing this?" He asked himself. "Just, why?"

Ice continued to watch him, not knowing what's he is saying and doing, but sure that something bad is going to happen

She wanted to call out to him, to do anything, but it seemed like she is frozen, unable to do anything.
I've been sleeping a thousand years it seems
Got to open my eyes to everything

Finally, Blaze understood what he should do.

He was going to pay for his wrongs...

He took the knife and held it a few inches from the position of his heart. Crying silently, he thought of the moments he used to enjoy with Ice

"Blaze, would you do anything stupid like killing yourself?" Ice asked while twirling her hair.
Blaze chuckled, "Why would you think so?"
"Eh? Just asking..." Ice stammered while Blaze laughed at her
"Of course I won't do that. I promise." He assured her.

And now he was going to break the promise.

"God, please tell Ice, I....I'm sorry for the things I have done..." he muttered under his breath.
Ice widen her eyes and ran towards him, suddenly understanding what he might do.

He plunged the knife into his chest, with Ice screaming at him while crying.
