Chapter 4: New

Diana's POV:

My eyes opened slowly and I saw a wet window and the view that is blurred. I just stared at the rain drops and the road that is hard to see because the car is moving.

Nasa passengers seat si Principal Relina at nakita ko sa rear view na ang driver ay isang lalaki, siguro driver niya.

Napabuntong hininga nalang ako. Kakagising ko lang ay namimiss ko na sila. Ano kayang mangyayari sa akin? Will I survive from whatever hell I will encounter?

Natandaan ko rin na wala akong gamit. Hindi ko lang alam kung meron bang hinanda ang pamilya ko, pero feeling ko wala.

Walang sinabi ang mama at kuya ko tungkol sa nadiskubre nila na may kapangyarihan ako. Pero alam kong nagulat at naguluhan din sila.

Mukhang mahaba-haba pa ang lalakbayin namin kaya tumulala nalang ako sa labas dahil hindi na ako makatulog.

Dahan dahang huminto yung sasakyan kaya sinilip ko ang harapan. We stopped at a big black wall. My eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

Nasa likod na yung school?

Paano kami makaka-pasok eh walang gate nor opening?

"What are you waiting for Diana?" napatingin ako kay Principal, nakatingin na pala siya sa akin. Napatango nalang ako.

Binuksan ko ang pinto tsaka bumaba. I looked at the wall. My eyes squinted because of how bright the sun is.

"It's amazing, isn't it?" said Principal Relina with proudness in her eyes. I just nodded my head slowly.

"Oh! I almost forgot to get your things," sabi ni Principal.

So I had my things all this time?

My eyes automatically followed Principal Relina as she walks to the back and grabbed two of my luggage. I ran towards her and helped her with the other one.

"Seems like you are a helpful and kind person." She chuckled.

"Napalaki po ako ng maayos," sagot ko nalang. I bowed to her and pulled my luggage. Sinundan ko 'yung driver na sinabing lumapit daw ako.

Nang makalapit ako ay tsaka lang siya nagsalita. "Walk towards it," he said while pointing to the wall.

My eyebrows raised. "What?"

He slid one arm on the wall. It made a hole, "Go."

I gulped and held my luggage tightly. I closed my eyes and slowly walked to the wall.

Nang buksan ko ang mata ko, bumungad sakin ang isang mala palasyong...school?

It is a white and blue structure with towers on each corners. There are landscapes like trees, small lakes, flowers..and hills.

This is beautiful.

Maya-maya lang ay nakita ko na rin sila driver at Principal Relina.

"That's not all of it yet..." nakangising sambit ni Principal. Hinawakan niya ang braso ko tsaka siya nag-lakad. I started walking as well.
