"It's my pleasure. After all, I'm doing this to the person I love the most."
Jason's words echoed in my mind and I can't seem to avoid it. When we hugged each other, I have realized that I like him and that makes me weak. Taking a quick cold shower and cooked breakfast as Belle smiles as she shows me the path to be a human and my oh my I hated it.
I got a paper cut and it did hurt. She told me human's pain receptors are more sensitive than vampires and that happens because humans have more veins than vampires. The human in me had grown on that.
We ate silently, wore our uniforms, me debating whether I should tie my hair or not and grabbing my gun and pocket knife since I'm defenceless now and that destroyed me.
Belle left with Hunter and Owen as me and Spark rode on my bike. Sighing as I look at what I'm wearing: a black crop top with a red and black checkered flannel to cover my exposing skin and high waist black shorts. Sighing as I thought about my obsession in high waist shorts, I parked at my usual spot and let Spark walk on his own as he follows me to his locker. Letting my wavy hair do the magic (like swooning other girls of how long and smooth my hair is despite it is on elbow length) , I grab my books and greeted by Jason since our lockers are next to each other.
"Morning." He smiles.
"Morning." I gave him a smile back as Spark snuggles Jason's leg as he carries him.
"You're such a big boy Spark. You've grown heavier." Jason smiles then Ashley's minions came to him like they saw a fucking celebrity, brushing off my existence. As if I need their attention too.
"Hi Jason." Bianca purrs and I hide a disgusted face and kept a blank one.
"Hello." He greeted with less sympathy and I try not to roast her in public.
"Cute wolf." She says as she tried to pet Spark.
TRIED.
Spark bit her hand the moment she put her hand on his head as she yelps in pain. "Jason!" She screeched as I cover my ears. I was about to say something until Ashton pins me on the locker.
"I've heard you're defenceless." He says.
"That was temporary." I replied as he stood up next to me and sighed. For the longest time we had get along.
"Cool. Hard becoming human?" He asks.
"Definitely." I replied as he left me over with some chick. That was Nancy I think.
I turn to look at Jason who is now eating Andrea's face off, I felt a unknown pang in my chest and decided to leave him as Spark follows me and I went to Chemistry for my first class.
Belle sat beside me and she noticed my mood turned upside down. And being a human sucks because you're emotions are quite obvious; better write that down.
"What makes you look mad or gloomy today?" She asks.
"Nothing." I lie.
"Don't give me that bullshit Cole. I know something's up." She gave me her serious glare which happens rarely and I sigh.
"Fine." I sigh. "But promise me don't say anything to anyone including Kim." I assure her if I can trust her.
"Of course! Now tell me." She gave me her full attention.
"Me and Jason went together to grab our stuff in the locker and shit happened." I state.
"Please explain your definition of shit." She listens intently.
"Me and Ashton talked. When he left me, I saw Jason eating Andrea's face of but I think Andrea initiated it." I sigh.
"How do you feel after that?" She asks.
