"Dean, I don't think this is our kinda hunt" Sam said from his bar  stool on a single table as Dean was playing with darts "you think so?" "yeah! I mean is just seems like a normal hunt to me" "well.. I still think we should.." Dean stopped as he spotted a certain brunette frowning at her sight "that's a first" Sam smirked "what is it Dean?..not your type?" Sam asked his elder brother joking around "Shut up Sammy. Does she seem familiar to you?" Sam cocked an eyebrow at him "what? what do you mean?" "I mean look at her Sam" he said while Kayla was sipping her beer in quiet. Sam looked over at the brunette "well..for one thing..she looks somewhat like me." "yeah, well that's certainly not my type and a turn off for me." he said jokingly before earning a playful bitch face from Sam.. Dean smirked at him but then he looked at the woman the second time "wait... hold on..." 

Flashback

John and Mary given birth to twins.."Dean..we already have Sam as a name for the boy..what do you wanna name the girl?" John asked through a saddened smile which 4 year old Dean didn't seem to notice. "Kayla" Dean spoken after thinking. Mary and John looked at each other and nodded "Kayla it is" Mary confirmed.

They were taking Kayla to adoption and Sam home, Dean took one look at the girl and said "you look like a kitten. I'm gonna call you kitty" he softly smiled at her. Before John pulled up in front of the adoption.:

Mary: Ok Honey. Say goodbye.

4 yr old Dean: I don't wanna say goodbye. I want her to stay with us.

Mary: Honey. we can't.

4 year old Dean: but...Mummy.

John: Say goodbye to her Dean.

4 year old Dean: But..I....

John takes her in the adoption building without any second thought or hesitation not giving Dean a second chance to say bye but Dean tries to stop him

4 year old Dean: wait..dad! no..no! NO!! KITTYYY!!!!

Deans dainty hands couldn't pull the baby carrier back from his fathers hands as Deans hands slipped out of its grasp around the carrier leaving him sobbing into his mother chest

End of Flashback

"Dean?" Sam waved his hand in front of Deans face. which was turned pale with misty apple green eyes. He looked over at Sam his face filled with regret "dude..you ok?" Sam asked through a concerned frown "I'm sorry Sam..but you're about to get a big shock or a big surprise tonight" "why?" "Just wait" Dean walked up to the woman and Sam watched him leave with pure worry.

Dean made his way up to this woman "Kayla Winchester?" Dean asked her through a serious look making her turn with a small smirk "yep! one and only...and one question hot stuff,how do you know who I am?" she asked playfully enjoying that a handsome man knows her "takes a Winchester to know a Winchester" he answered thoroughly leaving Kayla turned serious now forgetting her playful side and gave an eyebrow lifting shocked look "wow..so..you're.. a.." "your older brother Dean Winchester..that over there is your Twin Sam" he said pointing at the giant moose. Kayla looked over at the long haired hunter and looked over at the short haired one "how do I know you're not lying?" She gently retorted, Dean sighed knowing this wasn't going to be easy "do you know how your parents look like?"she bit her lip and nodded only from pictures and she was stopped him holding up a picture of their parents with him and Sam in the picture "John and Mary Winchester." he said "your parents right?" She softly teared up and nodded covering her mouth "adoption?... hunter?..can I go on?" Dean said now tearfully. Kayla shook her head before gulping "no..no I think I got it." she sniffled. Dean took out an arm for her giving her soft warm smile "come meet your twin up close" he pulled her gently away from the bar grabbing her beer.

"Dean! what's wrong? who is this girl?" "Sam!" Dean stopped him "sit down..this is probably gonna be a lot to take in" Dean added on. Sam frowned and slowly sat down "Sammy...meet your twin..Kayla.." Sam just stared between the two.. "Hiya" she innocently said, Sams breath hitched as she spoken...she looks like his twin "K..Kayla?... Dean..I dreamed of a woman named Kayla, why didn't you tell me about my twin?" Dean's perfect green eyes narrowed lightly "you did? and mum and dad were convincing me that it was a dream...I always wanted a sister but...looks like..they were just trying to...this is no place to talk about this Sammy and plus..she's right here!" "Gee thanks! and yeah right! Sorry Kayla" Sam looked over at his twin before his eyes stung with tears giving her a smile "you're beautiful" his voice croaked. She given him a bright grin and looked down blushing "thank you um...I should be the one to brag though...I have hot brothers to take care of now" she chuckled cheekily. Dean smiled "that's my kitty" "Yeah! I'm your wait what?" she asked him through a soft blush again "'Kitty!'" he repeated before explaining "You looked like a cute innocent kitten at the hospital so yeah I called you Kitty" giving her one of his smiles which made her grin and chuckle.

And from that moment on..they stuck together.. no matter how things got.. they stood together side by side...The Winchester children are finally together... so any monster that is out there...beware.
